Beautiful, Cozy Cabin, Minutes From Downtown Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge!

The first master is a private sanctuary with a king size bed, walk in closet and large full bathroom. This master also has a private deck for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night overlooking the beautiful wooded backyard. The second master suite has a queen size bed also with a large full bath. This master has doors to the main floor deck with a table and chairs for your morning coffee. The open floor plan on the main level has vaulted ceilings, beautifully appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. Off the dining room you will find an expansive deck with an outdoor wood burning fireplace, smart tv, large sectional and a Weber Genesis grill with all utensils. Now, let's head downstairs where you will find a completely separate and well furnished living area including a queen bedroom, full bathroom, wet bar, pool table, pub table and chairs, large comfortable sectional with a queen size pull out bed, gas fireplace and smart tv. Venture out to the screened in patio to soak in the hot tub or play games on the outdoor dining table.Entertain yourselves with the 6 smart tvs throughout the cabin including a DVD player in the rec room with a collection of DVDs to get you started (for kids and adults!). After many years of renting ourselves in Blue Ridge we decided to build our own cabin for people to enjoy like we have. We have learned what the necessities are for families to get the full experience without having to worry if they forgot to bring something. My wife and I love to cook so we wanted to equip our cabin kitchen just like our kitchen where we live, including the most modern Samsung appliances. The entire home has been professionally decorated for your comfort. We feel one of the most important features of our cabin is you will never have to call a rental company or property manager for any questions you may have during your stay. We take pride in our cabin and want you to have an experience you will never forget so we personally manage our cabin and give you all of our contact information. 1. No unregistered visitors or guests
2.Maximum occupancy of overnight guests permitted in this cabin is eight (8). Failure to conform to the occupancy requirements of this cabin is a violation of the Ordinance.
3. No smoking in the house, balcony or patios. Please discard cigarette butts safely and in appropriate off property area.
4. No pets. No exceptions.
5. After showering let fan run for 15-20 mins
6. Open flue for outdoor fireplace
7. To access beverage center of refrigerator:
Lift center left handle
Lift center right handle to open full door
8. House is on a septic tank - Please ONLY put toilet paper in the toilet
9. To open hot tub cover - Lift from front and fold back - the lift gently and push back
10. DO NOT put food in sink as there is no garbage disposal.
11. Per Fannin County, you must comply with noise ordinance. No loud devices during the following "quiet time" Sunday - Thursday from 10pm to 6am and Friday - Saturday from 11pm to 6am.
