Great property we used for our rehearsal dinner and stayed at before our wedding. Liz the property manager was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly!! Definitely recommend!

Magnificent!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tuscan Gardens Villa. Enjoyed all of the amenities and great, prompt service if needed. Great for a relaxing getaway, and close enough for roadtrips to the Sequoias or good fishing spots. We will definitely be back in our foreseeable future.

Beautiful Place!

The house was very roomy. It accommodated our 6 adult family members. We enjoyed watching movies in movie theater room. The house was in close proximity to Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks to allow for day trips. The hosts Gill and Liz were very helpful and very responsive to our needs or questions we had.

Spacious and comfortable

Host is very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. House and property are large and beautiful, as pictured in listing. Beds were very comfortable! We slept extremely well. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to others.

wonderful home for spending time with the family

We spent a really good time with family at the beautiful property. It is large and the pool was an instant hit with the kids. The property manager Liz and the owners were really helpful all along the way. Very prompt with every questions we had and went out of their way to help out when needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience for my family.

Wow ... what a property. Tons to do, great for large groups. We never turned on a TV there was so much to do. Pool is as listed so be sure to read about that.

We had a great stay!!

We had a great experience staying at the villa. We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and it made the day run so much smoother. We were able to take our time getting ready and were able to relax once the wedding was over. There was no need to rush out once the party was over. The villa was spacious and spotless. We had 13 people staying there and we could all spread out with more than enough room. It had all the amenities needed, all you need to bring is your food and drink!

The property is amazing. It was a family gathering for a surprise birthday for grandma. The kids and adults loved the movie theatre. We all enjoyed the mini golf out front. No neighbors. Just a great place. Host was very attentive. Thank You

Great Place

Clean, wonderful people to work with. The mattress in the master bedroom needs updated severely. It makes noise if you simply sneeze let alone roll over during the night. Fountains in pictures are not applicable to rental guests.

Annual Family Girl Trip!

Tuscan Gardens was an immaculate home with an amazing backyard and pool! We were able to relax in the pool, snack, and enjoy music throughout the home. The property manager was incredibly kind and super responsive. Aero beds were available for our large group and the theatre room was a fun addition. There were some missing basic items in the home that the host was happy to rectify for future guests. Pack a towel for the pool and a hat for the sun!

Perfect for family gatherings.

Liz is an awesome property manager! Great communication and willingness to help. Surely hope she is getting paid her worth. The property is beautiful, house is amazing, kitchen is great, kids loved the theater room, bedrooms are perfect, BBQ is great, and outside is peaceful and accommodating for families. My only gripe would be pool takes a bit of maintenance to keep clean, brushing and netting. The pool filter only runs from 6pm until sometime in the morning, peak swimming hours its not being filtered. From servicing and owning pools, ive seen best results filtering when people are in the pool. It helps keep all the particles stirred up, allowing it to be filtered better. Should set the timer to filter several times throught the day and night for a couple hours at a time. Also, the fountains aren' allowed to be used which is such a beautiful and calming part of the experience. Should change this rule. I was sent a message from the owners about the fountains being on (monitered by outdoor cameras around the whole property) but we didn't even know how it was turned on as they have a control panel taped over that says not to touch. We didn't. As we learned while cleaning for check-out, there is another button for the pool fountains next to the bed in the master bedroom. My in-laws must have accidentally pressed it while trying to turn the lights on/off. Same with front fountain. Picture in vrbo should have fountain off if not allowed. Still 5 stars. Would do it again.

Ottimo luogo per riposarsi dopo un road trip

La villa è molto bella così come nelle foto. Sala in comune e cucina top. Mancava qualche attrezzo della cucina ma la proprietaria ci ha fornito nuove pentole non appena richieste. La casa molto pulita, piscina molto bella e fredda (con il caldo che fa, va bene così), c’erano solo pochi lettini da sole essendo noi in sette, i lettini prendisole erano solo due e sfortunatamente in quello non siamo stati accontentati. Comunque zona tranquilla ma vicina alle comodità. Servizio wi fi che funziona ed un’ottima sala cinema. Divano comodi. Ci sono diverse porte ed armadietti chiusi, non si ha per esempio accesso ai calici del vino. La proprietà è fornita di allarme e telecamere. Non è possibile entrare nel cancello in macchina ma si deve parcheggiare proprio fuori dalla struttura.
