Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Stunning, luxurious vacation home in a resort-style community of Balmoral. Private pool with beautiful lakeview sets the tone for the ideal vacation.

Just 20 mins to Legoland, and it is within 35 mins to Disney World, Universal Studios, outlets, and other attractions. Only 5 minutes from Walmart, Publix, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, BK, Subways, retail stores, and much more.

This home features an ultra-modern kitchen design with specially made cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan allows guests to mingle during the preparation of meals or quick snacks. The dining area features seating for six (6) guests.

The living area boasts comfortable leather sofa seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and lanai and pool access. Enjoy the Florida sunshine with the large patio sliding door windows.

This 4-bedroom, two-story home features one king master en-suite on the first floor for easy accessibility; one king en-suite, one queen en-suite, and a twin bed en-suite on the second floor.

A spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. About 35 mile drive from Orlando. Cozy space with lots of amenities and super responsive owner. Really enjoyed my stay!

Awesome spring break stay!!

This property is in a neutral location and is close to everything. The teens enjoyed the pool every evening. The home was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of six. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. We'll definitely book again!

Nice home with beautiful setting

Everything about the home was exactly as stated online. The pool area was great with wide sliding doors making a huge opening. The lake in the background was a beautiful backdrop. Very easy drive to Legoland. The owner was very helpful and responsive toany inquiries.

Legoland getaway

We stayed at the property for 2 nights while visiting Legoland. Very conveniently located, super clean and great layout of the rooms. It was also nice to have a pool, so we could cool off after the park. There is also a restaurant inside the community which is super convenient. We didn’t need to drive and look for food for dinner. Nice stay overall. Would recommend!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is spacious, clean and located at the end of the street, so very quiet. The host responded to all our questions and needs right away. There is much more to explore besides the theme parks in this area. Due to a family emergency we had to leave several days early but I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

So we evacuated from Clearwater beach because of Hurricane Milton. Eli was so communicative and helpful during the whole process. He even offered to let us invite others because of the storm. Great property and well appointed.

Family wedding trip

My son was getting married in Winter Haven and we wanted a place for our family (wife, 2 younger children), my parents, and my older son and his girlfriend to stay - and this was a great choice. The house was large, comfy, and well appointed. It was also very clean. Unfortunately we timed our trip for an unexpected streak of cold weather in Florida, so we couldn't make use of the beautiful pool. The only thing that could have made it better would have been for it to be a bit closer to the wedding site. Eli was wonderful to deal with and we'd definitely stay there again if we come back to that area.
