This spacious 4th floor end unit has 2bd/2ba and a view of the ocean to die for! This condo is 100% newly RENOVATED and has air conditioning in every room. When not on the balcony enjoying the view, there is a 65in smart TV in the livingroom with 8,000 plus movies and channels. The condo has WI-FI that is hard wired for a strong signal though out. There is a washer and dryer aa well in the unit. There are two beach Front restaurants within a minute walk for your dining pleasure. This unit has everything you can imagine, it's Bright, Brilliant, and Beautiful.
There are 52in smart TV's with 3,000 plus movies and channels for your enjoyment.

We loved the location, right across from the beach and close to a couple of nice restaurants. We were close enough to the centre of town to walk there easily, yet far enough away from the noise. The apartment was clean and as described. The elevator, although small, worked well and fast, and we were glad to have it, being on the fourth floor. Communication with host and property manager was very good. We would stay again!

The view was amazing. We had a few hiccups but Alvaro the building manager was awesome to help out quickly. Security were friendly. We were a two minute walk into town which was great. We were right on Playa Alicia beach and it was only a short walk to Sosua beach. This was our 3rd year in Sosua and hope to be back again next year.

Walking distance to nightlight, restaurants and bars. Excellent view of the beach. Quiet and secure building with very friendly staff. Property manager is A1. I am staying here again.

Great property with an excellent view of the ocean. Very close to many areas of interest where you don't necessarily need a rental car. The property was very comfortable. Very clean and I definitely will stay at this property again!!

Wonderful In Every Way

This is a beautiful, clean, safe property in the most ideal location. Amazing beach and ocean views. Easy walk to restaurants and activities. Met the owner, Jerome, on check-in. Jerome and his staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was a 10/10 stay!

Beautiful ocean front condo

Very nice property with a great view of Alicia beach. The property manager Alvaro was a super guy. He gave me a ride back to the airport and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Quiet as kept this condo is among the top locations if you're looking for it all - spacious, newly renovated, quiet, bright, upper floor w/elevator, balcony, great amenities, top notch owner, warm breezes, sweeping ocean views while only a block away from the ciudad, brilliant sunrises and sunsets... thoroughly enjoyed my almost 2 week stay here and looking forward to the next time, hola!

Great Location

The location of this property, 100 feet from Playa Alica is just the best. The Sunsets from the balcony were also fantastic! The condo's pictures gave us a pretty good idea of the layout although, like anything else in Real Estate, the pictures made the place look bigger that what it actualy was but regardless, we had plenty of room. All the amenities required were there and Alvaro was alwasy available to tend to our needs when it came about. Highly recommend this place whether for short or long stay. We were there for 3 months, enjoyed every last day.
