This home has been meticulously renovated and decorated with your every need in mind, and boasts a large open kitchen, walk-in showers, electric fireplace, comfortable seating areas throughout the home, and more. Once you come you won’t want to leave!

Very nice

Private Wooded Area

The house sits back from the road on a hill so it was really private. The neighborhood is "sketchy" so the privacy of the house was welcome. The house itself is great I personally just did not feel real safe in the area.

I really liked the remodeled house. The layout was great. 2 bathrooms was great. Owner thought of everything when it comes to toileties and full kitchen amenities. Owner was fantastic about getting back to us while we were there. Great communication. Neighbirhood was not real desireable, BUT....the house is tucked up into a wooded area where it was secluded from the rest of the neighborhood & the owner had motion lights, a surveillance system & a security alarm for the home & propery. I slept like a baby & it never bothered me after I saw all that. It was a quiet, peaceful place for a few days stay.

Great Memorial Weekend

We were in town for a show over Memorial weekend. Wonderful property with all the details covered. Even though it’s not far from airport and activities, it feels like a secluded forest retreat! Fire pit was a plus!!

Lovely Stay

Enjoyed our Girls' Trip. Clean and spacious home. Quiet neighborhood and driving around to the various tourist attractions was around 20-25 minutes. After a long day outdoors, it was very satisfying being able to come back and relax in a comfortable home. Plenty of games to play with if you felt like spending the day in. Will recommend to others.

Secluded House

The house was great. It had everything needed… games, spices, Wi-Fi, fire pit and more. Plenty of room for our group of 10. We were there for Taylor swift and found the location convenient. LOVED the fir pit. We felt like we were in a secluded location. The neighborhood is questionable however there was no need for us to go too far. We ordered pizza… super quick delivery and had our flat tire changed in no time. Very different from other places we have stayed but honestly one of the best. This house is secluded, clean, and well equipped. Highly recommend it to others looking for a private and spacious house. Good weekend stay.

Forest retreat in the city

We loved the air bnb. It was clean, spacious, and was a little oasis. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the full kitchen so we could cook at the air bnb! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful home 15 minutes to Aquarium

The home is beautiful. It had everything you need for a family stay. Owner was great to deal with. The lot is gorgeous. We loved the fire pit and sitting outside on the porches. Would love to stay again when visiting Atlanta.

Bachelorette weekend

This house was great and just what we needed. It was 10 of us and we did not feel crowded. There were some hot water issues and heater didn’t come on but the host was a call away and fix it within 30 mins. He was very polite and welcoming. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to do. We had the best time. The beds could be a lil tyke softer for me but my guest was great with them. Make sure you pay attention when arriving to the house because it is duck off up a hill, we missed it the first time or two lol.. but of course I will book again and/or book at his other properties because he was the best! Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your home !

Nice attempt

This property was a nice attempt at a remodel to make a decent VRBO. However, the floors in the main living area are extremely uneven creating multiple trip hazards, the towels were full of previous guest’s hair, the beds have plastic mattress protectors making them hot and noisy, the yard guy showed up in the middle of our stay to work, and the neighbors played music so loud the second night, ALL NIGHT (literally) that we could not sleep. The kitchen was great. The bathrooms adequate, and the lot is very nice sized. Unfortunately though, at least for my family, the negative outweighed the positive.

Nice and cozy!

The host was very responsive and professional. The home was as nice as the displayed pictures. The host was also very accommodating when the home lost power after a major storm. The host was willing to reimburse us for the night and provide another property he owned. What a great experience.

Comfortable Little Spot

Nice little spot with well-thought-out amenities for guests. The beds were not the most comfortable things in the world but they slept my entire group (8 people) and that's all that matters! The owner was swift to respond and willing to work with my special requests. Overall, excellent experience, and would definitely recommend it!

They didn't leave anything out! The house came with everything we needed like dishes, cookware, toiletries, washer and dryer, the works! And this home was clean and really nice!! They host definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and they were super friendly and responded to messages fast. Will definitely be recommending this place for friends and family if you want to be close to Atlanta.

Stephens place

Stephens place was wonderful! It was quiet and clean. The host was so nice and gave us some restaurant lists that were amazing! He also sent us some wonderful donuts🙂I would totally recommend and the house had enough room for all of us. Book with Stephen!

No complaints

I was nervous booking this place since it was new and had no reviews. But im glad i did! The property was exactly as listed. Everything was up to date and very clean. It was Seclude but still close to stores and food and only a few mins from the airport. It felt so homey that i wish i could’ve stayed longer just to lay around, chilling and watching Netflix. We were very comfortable. Steve has really thought of it all when it comes to this property. We had an accident and needed to wash a small load of clothes, BOOM detergent, softener and dryer sheets. One of my pregnant friends started to feel nauseous from not eating and we hadn’t made it to the grocery store yet, BOOM there were a couple packs of noodles and light snacks in the cabinet. My favorite part of the property was the automatic lights outside. When we pulled up lights popped on; when we stepped on the porch lights popped on. It made us feel safer in our surroundings. Thank you Steve for thinking about the little things. He was very responsive to my messages and questions and a friend of mine even forgot her shoes and he offered to ship them. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance. I wouldn’t be giving an honest review if i didn’t mention the fact that the area is a little hood. The homes around the property itself we’re fine, some even newly remodeled or being remodeled. But a few stores up the road looked a little sketchy. But it honestly didn’t bother us any and no one felt uncomfortable. If you mind your business they mind theirs. We avoided the stores we were not comfortable with and went to the ones we were (which you should do in any place your visiting). We never felt uncomfortable. So all in all, GREAT property! GREAT host! BOOK IT!!

This property is a true gem. Its secluded yet in the mix of it all being just 10 to 15 minutes away from all things in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The property is on a 1.4 acres lot is surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. It gets a lot of natural light but not to much. It offers exclusive privacy as well.
