Talk about a great Breck location: half a block off Main Street and you can ski to it! It’s no wonder that guests return to the River Mountain Lodge year after year. You and your group will love it!

River Mountain Lodge Spruce Creek Condo is a deluxe 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s a fine getaway for up to four people. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains or downtown. There’s also a small desk/work area for catching up on emails. The full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances has all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks when you’re not taking advantage of the many dining options nearby.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location, right around the corner from the Main Street and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Short walk downhill to the gondola and right next door to a ski rental shop. Convenient ski check at the front lobby. Space was clean and cozy, comfortable and updated amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway

My spouse and I came up for a quick anniversary getaway and loved the property. Super short walk to Main Street and tons of restaurants.

Great Place & Location

My wife and I really enjoyed our time in Breckenridge, and this condo was exceptional. It was clean, well furnished and located close to everything. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location

We have been to Breckenridge 3 times and have stayed at River Mountian Lodge every time. Very convenient location to Main Street, restaurants and shops. Building is starting to show its age but the unit was nicely appointed and clean.

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing trip! Shuttles took you to every peak and were located right in front of property ! All the restaurants and bars were ALL walkable! Perfect for 2-4 people in the condo!

Perfect Location

Nice clean condo with all the amenities. Perfect for a small family. Conveniently lobated, walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants as well as bus stops to lifts and gondola. Best part was skiing “home” the 4 O’Clock trail at the end of the day that put us steps from our condo.

Great location

Had some troubles with cleanliness, but management was quick to respond to our concerns. Fantastic location for skiing and going into town, couldn't have asked for better. The space was great for 2 people, with full bathrooms on each level and a fully equipt kitchen.

Amazing Stay!

This was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay at for a ski trip. It’s a 5 minute walk to downtown/ restaurants/ shops. There is a bus stop across the street that has buses going to the different lifts. Also a ski rental shop about 200 ft away very convenient for getting gear. The four o clock run ends right across from the lodge. Such a nice vacation and stay!

Perfect for a trip with my daughter

Great location, very clean, easy check in. 2 full bathrooms was great. Well stocked kitchen, although for our short stay, we didn't use it. We were able to walk everywhere and left the car in the underground parking area. Highly recommend this property.

Nice but not 5 star. Comfortable, clean and great location. As advertised and priced competitive. Bed and pull out couch good for sleeping, kitchen clean and well equipped. Bathrooms clean. Nice to have 2 bathrooms

Breck stay

We stayed here during our wedding/honeymoon. The River Mountain Lodge is a great location with a bus stop outside, ski-in route across the street, and close proximity to town. We were disappointed that the property management company was not flexible in regards to early/late check-in/check-out. We had all of our wedding stuff and were hoping to drop our things early and when checking out, we had asked for an 11am instead of 10am check out. The check-in process takes place at the property management office and not the River Mountain Lodge, so keep that in mind.

Great two week stay

Lovely condo and you can't beat the location. A comfortable extended stay. Wonderfully sunny downstairs living area. I was working from here and found the desk to be perfectly adequate. The condo is largely well equipped, though a few updates to the kitchenware might be warranted. Pans are pretty scratched up, and I would have loved a lid for the small pan, but I made do. The bedroom upstairs has a comfortable bed and a nice big dresser. Another review said it was too dark in the bedroom - it could use some more light, but it was completely manageable. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer and the building amenities! The management company communicated by text message and was incredibly responsive, making everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again.
