Valley View Retreat- Summer Getaway with a View

Welcome to Valley View Retreat! This home is a new build, a fully furnished cabin that sits on the rim of the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon Valley and has stunning views. Enjoy a beautiful place for a romantic getaway or family vacation, relax and enjoy the beautiful Ozark mountains! Newly remodeled to add more space and a hot tub to relax after a day of hiking!

The main floor has a kitchen/ living area, new beautiful dining room, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The second floor has a second living area as well as a large table and chairs for dining, game playing etc. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on this floor. There is a sofa bed in the sitting area. The loft area has a full sized mattress in an adorable little nook as well as a small sitting area.
There is a washer and dryer in the house available for the guests use. We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent.
We also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a propane grill (propane provided) on the deck along with some chairs for relaxing.
There is a wood firepit in the backyard.
New deck off the dining room with a new hot tub to relax and enjoy the view after a long day of exploring!

Guests have access to the entire house.

We do not live on site but you are welcome to reach out at any time by phone call, text or email.

This rental is beside highway 7 and in a peaceful neighborhood.
HOUSE RULES
-Check in time is after 4PM
-Check out time is by 11AM
-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees.
-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM.
-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property.
-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas.
-No loud music or noisy partying.

If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250. Outdoor surveillance in use.

DAMAGES
If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found.

CANCELLATIONS
Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes.
