Poor Management/Communication
It was a horrible experience first of to check in was a nightmare we had to wait several hours before we could get help we check in the house n the stench is unbelievable the house hasn’t been cleaned for a while the bedroom is even worse stuffy and the bedsheets were not clean nor had they been changed so we were forced to sleep on dirty linen (this was confirmed by the lady who cleans the apartment after we complained about it). The mattress was another nightmare it was so hard to sleep it is like sleeping on concrete I even asked one of the cleaners if she would sleep there and her answer was NO, I called the manager about it and she would refer me to someone else basically nothing was done about it so for five weeks we Clint sleep well at times we wld rent another place just so we can rest n sleep good. We had paid for everything inclusive of electric power nevertheless the manger would not pay for the power and on several occasions the power went out at some point my wife was taking a shower n boom power goes off it was so embarrassing and frustrating to say the least. The manager was so arrogant, rude and not professional at all she wld never I mean never answer my calls at some point she did answer but then she told me not to call her again. When it was time to check out she had the nerve to send a stranger at my door who came yelling at us that we had to leave very early in the morning citing another client is checking in I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PROPERTY!
