HA3: Private Studio with Full bathroom and Kitchenette

This unique place has a style of its own. Cozy private studio that gives off the city feel as well, being located in the heart of Downtown Stamford. Studio comes with it's own full bathroom and kitchenette as well. 1 flight of stairs to access the apartment.

As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.

No pets allowed on furniture, if excessive amount of fur is found on the sofas and bed you will be charged for a dry cleaning fee.
-Early check-in fee: $30
-Late check-out fee: $30
-Failure to disclose a pet: $75 fine
-Events/Parties: $150 fine and removal from property
-Smoking: $100 fine and removal from property
-Missing towels/linens: fined per item
-Missing silverware/cookware: fined per item

Please note:
- We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week.
- Flight of stairs are required to access.
