The space
The home is located in a very small, but conveniently located, part of unicorporated Dundee. Drive to Randall Rd is only 1min, and to Route 31 only 5mins! Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, departments stores, parks for running/walking/cycling within 1-15 minutes. Very private & peaceful location. Free parking on premises (large driveway). Perfect for couples, and solo adventurers. Please note that due to its own private entrance, suite is not accessible with wheel chair (not handicap friendly). As a courtesy to our guests, suite is also treated by a high efficiency air cleaner & air scrubber to keep you in a comfortable & healthy environment. Something to note is that the home has well water- so while the water is very clean & clear (we've had it professionally tested for quality), it does have a not so pleasant taste/smell to it. So we do provide purified water for our guests.
