WEDDING OR EVENT VENUE - steal of a deal for up to 75 guests
Breathtaking views aplenty on this beautiful 63 acre property, perfect for hosting an event or party. Property is perfect for hosting big groups- this listing is for the spacious modern barn with a bar set up so you can bring in alcohol, catering and tables for 75 people or less. Please inquire about bigger parties. Rates depend on number of guests. The outdoor area is also fun for photo ops. There are instagram worthy spots overlooking the vineyard. Best of all, the price is reasonable and all you have to do is bring in tables and chairs (we refer a company) and catering trucks or food. Until a winery is on site (coming soon!) you can bring in your own alcohol, saving thousands of dollars. Due to noise ordinances, events must shut down by 1030 pm.

Additionally, guests gush about the most beautiful sunsets they’ve ever seen and how peaceful vineyard is. Please inquire about rehearsals on site, if needed.

This property is one we spotted when we came to visit the former Rio Seco winery. We felt incredibly lucky, and still do, that the owner chose to sell it to us less than a year ago. We completely remodeled the home to make it modern and funky. People ask us how we ended up buying a winery but we can’t explain it until they come visit. There’s magic in the air here. For real. You’ll witness a sunset so spectacular that your camera phone can’t do it justice. Whether you come with a group of adults or your family, everyone will find something special to love about Kuiper Vineyards. It is truly our wish that you come back again and again and maybe you’ll encourage your loved ones to get married or have an event here so that you get to experience it In a new way.

A quick drive away from one of our favorites, Rava Winery, and then you can’t miss Cass winery plus Mystic Hills if you’re lucky enough to get a reservation. Opollo is amazing for lunch and be sure to hit up Fish Gaucho for margaritas and dinner.
