You'll feel right at home in our top (5th) floor unit with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry room, fast WiFi, and long balcony with unobstructed views of the beach and sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico.

—In the desirable Sea Oats Condominiums, our 1400 sq ft condo is directly on Redington Shores Beach in a quiet and safe community with private access to the beautiful white-sand beach, breathtaking sunset views, and relaxing atmosphere. Simply take the elevator downstairs, walk out the back gate, and your toes will be met with soft sand while the salty breeze hits your skin.

— Leave your car parked and enjoy walking to many different local restaurants, coffee shops, and beach stores. (Check out our Guidebook for some of our favorite local spots!) Or, hop on the Jolley Trolley (with a stop right outside the complex) and explore many of the other nearby beaches and attractions.

— The beachside pool is heated and open year-round, providing a comfortable escape from the Florida heat. The pool is open until 10pm, so you can even watch the sunset from the pool while enjoying a night swim. Or, if sunbathing is more your speed, there are plenty of lounge chairs available.

— If you're looking to grill out, take advantage of the beachside charcoal grills available for your use, and then enjoy your meal at the tiki-style picnic tables with great views of the sand and shore.

— Additional resort amenities include tennis court (rackets not provided), luggage carts, on-site maintenance staff, and free on-site parking.

— Inside, the three bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need to feel at home during your stay: a full kitchen, private in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer, board games, books, beach chairs, beach towels, comfortable reclining leather couch, dining table, free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, basic cable, and tons of closet and dresser storage space.

— The top-floor private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice, while soaking in the sun and salt air or admiring the beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico.

— The living room offers a gorgeous view of the Gulf with a cozy couch that reclines and can fit everyone in your group. Whether you prefer watching shows on the Smart TV with cable, or prefer passing your time with board games, books, or puzzles, there are plenty of entertainment options.

— The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meal: a large granite countertop and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. The refrigerator has filtered water and an ice maker. Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and tea kettle are also included, along with numerous pots/pans, plates/bowls, glasses, utensils, and even children's dishes.

— You won't have to leave the ocean view behind when you go to bed, as the master bedroom offers balcony access with amazing views. When you're finished watching the sun set, you'll be able to watch your evening shows from the king bed on the Smart TV with cable.

— We love to welcome snow birds! With 2 dressers, a large walk-in closet, and a separate storage closet all in the master bedroom, there is plenty of space to unpack all your belongings and feel at home.

— The master bedroom is connected to a full, private bathroom with a double-vanity and updated shower.

— Bedroom 2 includes two full-sized beds with a dresser, walk-in closet, and Smart TV.

— Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with a dresser, closet, and Smart TV.

— We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, travel-sized shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap to get you started. If you need anything additional, there is a convenient store located across the street where you can pick up additional supplies.

—We are always available and quick to respond via the VRBO app. We live nearby and have a team of people who are able to help if you need anything at all during your stay.
