Awesome Stay

It was really enjoyable, probably the best cabin we've ever stayed in. Everything worked, all the games, hot tub, pool, pool table, etc.

Annual Soccer Tournament

This was our first time bringing our soccer team to a tournament and all staying in one cabin. We enjoyed the cabin and it met and exceeded the needs of our team. The dinning table was large enough to fit 20 high school boys to eat all together. The arcade and pool tables kept the boys entertained for hours and the indoor pool was and extremely nice feature. This was perfect for our team. We would definitely stay again.

Family thanksgiving

We had a great time! It’s a little outdated but was good for the number of people we had and allowed us to stay together. As big as the house is a second kitchen would of helped, we were there for thanksgiving. Also larger trash cans for the number of people the house holds would of helped.

Men's Retreat

The property was in desperate need of maintenance and extreme cleaning. The furniture should have been replaced a while ago. Most of the televisions were inoperable but, we made the best of it. To GOD be the Glory for all of the great things that he has done.

cabin needs maintenance

very bad since the maintenance never arrived and there was no light on the upper floor of the cabin and water leaking. Broken furniture was terrible.

Could be a great house

The house overall was good with pool for the kids. The House needs some serious work done to it and it would be a great house. There was a broken window that never got fixed while we were there. plus, a ladder and filters just laying on the floor. The Filters were way overdue for a change. For a 400 hundred cleaning fee. I feel like the owner maybe getting ripped off . but none the less we had a good time with family celebrating out mother 80th birthday.

Unsafe,unkept, disgusting overpriced dump

This cabin RUINED our family Christmas. The floor was rotten in the bedrooms and the living rooms making a trip hazard. The floor on the first floor balconies was unsafe and rotten. The refrigerator door did not close, A piece of ceramic tile in the first floor bedroom in broken and missing and on child stubbed to and will loose toenail. THE pool is stained and looks dirty, the door facilg was laying down when we got there where the wood was rotted, There was a large amount of garbage in the garbage cans when we got there and nobody picked it up then entire time we were there. The televisions down stairs in the bunk beds did not work, one of the video games did not work, the furniture in the living room was disguisting and actually had cotton coming out of the arms. No extra toilet paper. I have pictures to document each and every thing I have mentioned. It was awful.

Read before you rent !!!

So I'm gonna be truthful and say please do not rent this cabin. The cabin was probably awesome back in the day but now it's very rundown . The day we got there we had a pretty good storm water was leaking into 4 bedrooms under the doors that go out to the balcony the floors are in rough shape there at the doors so it's been doing it awhile . The 2 bedrooms on main floor was leaking water from the ceilings onto nightstands and beds . The windows around both fireplaces leaked water all on floor . The media room was even worse it was running down the walls soaking the carpet so I'm sure it may have mold in spots . Ok so that's the if it rains issue other issues property was dirty tables and floors filthy, ants in the kitchen , showers still had hair in them . The TVs were hard to figure out the ones that we could get to work anyways. Being such a big cabin if you plan on cooking for many people better bring your own pots and pans we had to buy a couple. It's a shame cause at one time I'm sure this was a great cabin but now it's not especially if your planning on spending much time in it . So now the few good things location was great the road up needed a little work but overall good also steep so don't take a old clunker up there ...lol. The beds where comfortable, hot water worked the hot tub was nice. The media room was enjoyable as long as there was no rain storm . My opinion I would never rent it again or afvise anyone else to !!!!

None of the extra amenities worked and there were roaches!!

Check in process was smooth until…. We put some of the towels provided in the washing machine and it was broken, movie theatre didn’t work the entire weekend, pool was not accessible due to electrical issues until the next night. Half of the arcade games didn’t work. We tried to use the dishwasher and it was FULL of roaches. Whoever cleans that place barely surface cleans. There’s dust and hair everywhere. For all of the amenities that were to be included for that price and not functioning we just feel scammed out of 3K for the 3 nights. Host sent people over while we were at dinner after I asked him to let me know when they were on their way and one of us would return and he agreed but guess what, he didn’t even bother telling me that there were people in the house with our belongings in it. Host stated all of the issues were “spontaneous”. Ripped off and kids were highly disappointed. We had popcorn and candy boxes made up for movie night in which we couldn’t even do. Pics and videos available. Beware because this host is only concerned for his money. Stopped communicating with me on checkout day as I inquired on where to put trash since the 2 little bins outside that are provided were slammed full. I would def go to cabins USA instead of premium cabins because they don’t care about their guests getting what they paid for.

Major disappointment!!

The pool room was so hot and humid that you could not sit and relax by the pool. The dehumidifier needs some attention. The bathroom by the pool had underwear in the floor and no toilet paper so it had not been cleaned. The bunk/theater level that accommodates 8 people with one bathroom that had no toilet paper or soap and a sink that was unusable as water would pour out from underneath the sink instead of coming out of the faucet, so you know this bathroom wasn't cleaned or they would have noticed the water. Also, the hot tub was on the deck off of one of the bunk rooms. Not too safe for a room that is set up for children. In the kitchen there were only 10 forks, 8 teaspoons and 2 table spoons, no cutting board, and the dinning table was sticky. One of the ground fault outlets doesn't work and the light is out over the sink. Several bathrooms did not have any soap and one had a dirty toilet and cigarette ashes in the sink, some with no waste basket and no hair dryers at all. There wasn't a pillow case on the one extra pillow that we found. No blankets on any beds. No curtains or blinds in any of the bedrooms so you woke up bright and early to the sun shining in. The floors were very dirty. The shower over the kitchen leaks into the kitchen. The one common deck overlooks the street and doesn't have any furniture. Contacted owner 7 times with lack of items, lack of cleanliness and water issues with promises to fix but no one ever showed.

Total SCAM! Do not waste your money. Terrible host and dirty house!!

First off we had 23 people kids and adults included. First night we realized a couple of the bed sheets looked completely SLEPT ON! Contacted the owner he claimed he was there the day before, and knew that the cleaning crew changed the sheets. False! I requested clean fresh sheets for every single bed, and we would change them ourselves. That night, while we were away, he had his “cleaning crew” drop off sheets. This consisted of two clear trash bags full of packaged unopened sheets from places like Ollies, etc. with price tag still on them and it reeked of cigarette smoke!!! Not fresh laundered sheets! I had to send my husband to WalMart for sheets and also towels because they did not bring us any more towels. There were not enough for everyone like the listing said there was! The pull out sofa was disgusting, with no extra sheets for it to be found. Our kids didn’t even want to sleep on it. We had to go purchase an air mattress! The place was dirty, the bed I slept on had to have the sheets changed, and when we change them, we noticed the mattress had been flipped upside down. It turns out there is a gigantic blood stain on the underneath side. That is why it was flipped to the bottom! How disgusting. The outside door from the pool wouldn’t even lock. Our kids didn’t feel safe. It took two grown men pushing on it to get it to finally lock. The loft upstairs had no working light or fan, those kids had to move around in the dark! Cabin was dirty, sheets and towels definitely did not appear to be freshly laundered. The theatre room didn’t work, we had very disappointed kids! It needs major updating. Dishwasher did not even close all the way when running, small roaches near the kitchen sink. The owner just had excuses and justifications never any solutions. This was a complete waste of our money, and I will never use any of the Premium Cabins again! He is only in it for the money and could care less about his guests. I have a feeling bad reviews mean nothing to him!!

Wedding Family

We rented the cabin for my brides family as well as my family a place to stay and get to know each other before and after the wedding. All went very well. We only had a few things that we weren’t happy with. First the cabin could have used a good cleaning before we arrived. We found roaches scampering about when we moved things on the kitchen counters. We ended up leaving most all of the food items in the refrigerator for safety. The gas grill was a mess, it hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. But overall I will say the photos online are accurate of the cabin. Our families had a great time and the wedding went great.
