Located in the lower level of a home in a quiet neighborhood, this newly created bed and breakfast treats you to a cozy stay better than a hotel. Private entrance with great amenities and a continental breakfast.
Comfortable queen bed in bedroom as well as a sofa bed. Living room with an abundance of natural light features a couch that can also be an additional bed, a large smart TV and a dining area with room for four. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the reading nook.
Kitchenette complete with a microwave, hotplate and mini fridge. Everything you need for a small meal with dishes, drinking glasses and flatware. Coffee maker and an assortment of teas. A simple breakfast of pastries and fruit included with your stay.
Bathroom with new tile shower and vanity. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
Walking distance to downtown Dundee to enjoy the wineries and restaurants. Perfect jumping off point to experience all the beauty and abundance that the Willamette Valley has to offer!

Perfect spot for our time in Willamette Valley. Cute town with a few restaurants. Really appreciated the breakfast provided it was so convenient and delicious! Despite being on lower floor below the main house we had no issues with noise, just some movement but overall quiet. Great value staying here!

Nice little place

Cute and clean place to stay. Recommend if you just need a place to crash when you’re in the area doing activities during the day. Good communication with host. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous place…such a gem! And the breakfast was amazing. Fresh blueberries and muffins were extra special touch. It was a perfect retreat for a quick stay in the area but wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Willamette Valley! Thank you for sharing your home!

Very clean and quiet B&B. We enjoyed the stocked mini fridge and provided fruit, muffins, coffee and various other items. Julie was responsive to a direct message on the app, even though the check in notes listed a phone number and said that would be more effective; I never heard back on that text thread. We door dashed food and got caught up on a show we like. Overall we had a lovely stay, and would choose this location again.

Spacious, well-equipped, great location for wineries

The unit was very spacious for the three of us (adult son, parents) and the location to visit wineries is perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped (for example, in contrast to many other places where we have stayed you can actually cut something with the knives). We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dundee.

Great experience except that VRBO collected a security deposit of $1500 up front. That seems ridiculous. I don’t mind having a card on hold but to actually collect that much of a deposit for potential damage on top of the cost of the stay is an over reach

It was a very cute basement apartment in a perfect location. Owner lived upstairs. Parking was on a steep driveway. Some spoiled food was left (jam in fridge, moldy orange). Be aware … we stayed one night at a reasonable rate, and 1500 was charged to our credit card as a security deposit. This was not a “pending charge”. It actually went through on the card. It WAS refunded in a few days, but it went through as an actual charge. This was a surprise to us.

I rented a few properties in Dundee to house family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter (age 25) and her 3 bridesmaids stayed at this property. This is the downstairs of someone’s home with multiple doors inside the property that go to the other areas of the home. This made my daughter uncomfortable. The breakfast was placed in the mini fridge/kitchenette (fruit, eggs, pastries) not freshly made or prepared. The dog on this property barks incessantly and barks every time you enter the property. The owner of the property messaged me numerous times asking things. We ended up checking out early because she messaged me at 1130 saying the girls were loud and the owner wanted to go to sleep. I checked on them and they were all asleep. The noise was my daughter taking a shower. I asked the owner to clarify if showering was not allowed during quiet hours and she confirmed. I would not stay at a place that limited my showering times. Two additional girls stayed over because they were too tired to drive to their place and I was charged 40. They stayed one night. The home was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced.
