This is a low rise, 7-story complex which offers a gulf front pool, shuffleboard courts, a BBQ grilling area, an exercise room, and coin laundry on each floor. With a private boardwalk and walkway, visitors have easy access to the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Paradise is just footsteps away from your room. The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use the charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal. Bring your camera as you will want to cherish these memories for a lifetime. If you are one who likes to never miss a workout, visit the fitness facility. This property is away from the busy highway, but within walking distance to grocery stores including Target, entertainment, and excellent restaurants. Publix is also a short distance away. Our unit is on the 7th (top) floor and the complex has two elevators. You could have delicious meals without ever leaving the island. Restaurants such as Louisiana Lagniappe, The Local Market, The Sand Flea, Bric a Brac, Capriccio Cafe, and La Paz are less than 1 mile away with minimal traffic. The newly opened in April 2026 Norriego Point Park is less than 1.5 miles from the condo.
