Family friendly, (heated) pool home- 5 min to beach!

Our Largo home is outfitted with a simple,
Relaxed decor. We try to provide as many amenities as possible, so you can spend your vacation relaxing...not packing and shopping! It is our second home too...not a corporate rental, so we do keep some cooking oil and spices in the cupboard which our guests always appreciate!

It is equipped with a new heated pool built in 2019, complete with sunshelf and child safety fence. Both Clearwater/ St. Pete areas are an easy drive, while famous Indian Rocks Beach is a bike ride or just a 5 minute car ride away!

Or, stay home and relax in the pool with poolside dining lounging under a pergola.
Pool Heat is provided October through May for no extra charge. Our favorite feature is tye 6" depth sun shelf and imbedded fishes and sea turtles. Pool depth has a shallow end that is approximately 4 feet, and deep end that is 7 feet. Of course, there is no diving, no glass and of course use at your own risk.

Our home is very child friendly with amenities like a chair top high chair and portable pack and play crib, along with some toys. Of course we have plenty of beach gear, chairs, cooler umbrellas and buckets! Even some coast guard approved PFD water wings. Sorry, our insurance does not allow us to provide floating pool toys. But there is a dollar store in walking distance...just sayin'!!

Finally, becuae of severe allergies and chemical sensitivities we have, we must maintain a very strict "no animals" standard. We are also pretty careful about what chemicals we use inside the house, with no routine pest chemicals sprayed inside, and when they are necessary we choose more people and earth friendly options.

We do keep a few bikes in the garage, however we can't guarantee their condition at any moment, so you are welcome to use them and the provided helmits at your own risk, as long as they are in decent working condition.

You will not complain about lack of towels here! We stay here with our 7 kids and there are laods of bath towels and beach towels which we buy new from time to time. All the older ones are kept in the garage laundry area if you are desperate or want to lay towels on the floor for non-slip, drip resistance!
