Individual bedrooms are very spacious and some of them are the size of two bedrooms actually. The house is perfectly laid out for up to 16 guests !! All bedrooms have smart TVs and private closets. Common areas also have TVs.

The living room walks right out back to the backyard with a beautiful pool, outdoor grill, and outdoor games. 2 pool chairs are available by the side of the pool. The Gameroom upstairs is large enough to enjoy your evening, relax or play a game of Billiards or Ping Pong.

This house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and hence loud or late-night parties are not allowed per city ordinance. The guest is expected to respect the privacy and comfort of the neighbors at all times.

The system allows to add only 16 guests in the booking window. This is a private property and hence all the people or pets who are going to access the property for whatever amount of time, need to be declared on the booking. Only declared number of people or pets are provided access to the property or any of its amenities. But If you have a larger group, please contact the host after your booking, so the host can manually add additional guests beyond 16 with applicable fees.

If you have pets, the system allows booking only 1 pet (fees applicable). If you have more, please contact the host after your booking, so the host can manually add additional pets beyond 1.
