A warm and light-flooded attic flat with a modern interior awaits you. The 1-room flat is equipped with an open-plan living room with eat-in kitchen as well as a dining table. Settle down on the comfortable sofa to watch TV or let your imagination wander while reading in the small reading corner.
The cosy bedroom is located in the open adjoining room. It is equipped with a luxurious box-spring bed, a wardrobe and another sofa bed. You can separate it from the rest of the flat with a curtain to create privacy.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need for the perfect holiday. Here you can let off steam!
The modern bathroom is equipped with a skylight as well as a bathtub including shower support. You will also find a full-length mirror and modern cupboards to store your cosmetics. One more piece of good news: your hairdryer can stay at home, there is already one here!
From the living area you can reach the cosy balcony, where two garden chairs are ready for you.
High ceilings, lots of wood and modern furnishings give this flat a special atmosphere.
It is best suited for 3 people and 1 baby. Baby cot and high chair are available and can be booked for 25 euros extra. The flat has a parking space in the underground car park and free Wi-Fi is available. Animals are not allowed.
