Beautiful House/Great view

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, had an awesome view/pool, and was also decorated really cute! We were on a girls trip and it was great for girls night chats, and photo ops!

This property is beautiful. The outside/pool area was perfect for hanging out and swimming, with a view of the lake. The inside was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful in-town get away

We needed a place for a creative retreat, and this checked all the boxes. Comfortable & beautiful property, host Matthew was super communicative and easy to work with. Lovely rental and the pool was serene and perfect for cooling off in the hot Texas summer.

Secluded and stunning views

The home was beautiful and the views were immaculate. Nestled in a nice, private neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a super easy drive to downtown and most of Austin. I would stay here again!

Thanksgiving

Loved the house and the view! Wished the outside bedroom had some windows to let the sun in. Overall, wonderful property. We made Thanksgiving dinner so needed to borrow some dishes from my son but undedstandable for a big holiday mral

Absolutely beautiful!!

We loved our stay here. We booked for my small bach party with my bridesmaids and it was the best house we could have booked. The pool was spacious and the perfect temp. Although the whole house is beautiful the backyard is definitely the reason to book! Don’t get my wrong the whole house is gorgeous the living room is so chic and the upstair bedrooms are all so comfy too. I recommend this stay for sure if you want a fun weekend!

Very comfortable..

We were very happy to find the house cool, fans running and very comfortable. Pool was great. Loved watching the lightening storms from the deck in the distance in the evening. All the furniture was very comfortable. I will return with my family.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! There are 4 beds, but one is in a separate pool house, FYI. There was a heating issue during our stay, but Matthew was very responsive. If staying in the winter, notice there is no indoor dining table, it’s only outside. Luckily I noticed this in the pictures and brought our own folding table with us, as we had hired a private chef to cook for us one night and needed a table inside!

Great vacay!

Great property! Awesome pool with a really nice view of the river valley below. Loved the sunsets too. Well kept front yard that is fully fenced in. Beautiful home. The A/C had to work really hard at times, and it did get warm around 4pm-9pm upstairs, due to the 107 degree days we had for the entire weak...but it was a dry heat...LOL! Overall my family had a great time sipping cocktails, hanging out in the pool and watching movies. Thank you for helping make that happen!

Nice house, Pool & Owner issues

Avid traveler, rented MANY homes on VRBO and this is my first review. House was nice, could use some more pest control and attention to detail with respect to cleanliness. House was as described and it is nice. However, the pool was not as pictured in the listing (listing shows a clean, swimmable pool). The pool equipment did not function during our stay and the pool was VERY murky with tons of debris, insects, etc. I know pools and this pool has not been properly maintained for some time. It was unusable during our 3 night stay which was sad, the weather was great. Pictures were submitted to VRBO of this issue and are available upon request. Owner was less than honest when it came to be accountable for this. We frequent the Austin/Lakeway area and we will be avoiding this place in the future because of the owner's dishonesty in accepting responsibility for the unsafe condition of their pool.
