We’re 15 mins from the world equestrian center, 15 mins from Silver Springs State Park, about a hour from the gulf coast and east coast beaches, about 1.5 hrs from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks in Orlando.



Welcome to Bee 🐝 Happy House! Our Newly renovated 4 bedroom home is a fun for the whole family. Our special space has it all. You can take a dip in the Pool, Lounge in the Patio, play foosball or board games.

Our 4bedroom, 2bath home has 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds.



-55” Smart TV in the living room

-55” Smart TV in the master bedroom

-All Smart TV's have a You Tube TV Subscription, just click on the You Tube TV app and watch.

-WIFI works inside and out.



KITCHEN:

-Modern Kitchen with stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator that offers filtered water and ice.

-Fully stocked kitchen with wide array of pots, pans, toaster and a coffee machine.





OUTDOOR LIVING:

-Oversized, in ground, unheated 8 feet deep pool. Please adhere to pool rules (located in the guest book and signage on premises).

-A Gazebo with outdoor patio furniture.

-Fully fenced yard to let your four-legged friends (dogs and/or children) run and play.



PARKING

-Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

EXTRAS

-We provide shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

-We provide body towels, hand towels, wash towels, and make-up towels.

-We provide beach towels.

-A full-sized washer and dryer are provided on the premises.

Guest access:

You will have the entire house and property to yourself. We will provide a code to the smart locks prior to your arrival.



STARTER SUPPLIES

-We have prepared a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, dish detergent, etc

-Starter Supplies are NOT unlimited, be prepared for a trip to one of our nearby grocery stores.



PETS

-Dogs only, max 2 pets. Additional dogs will be considered on a case by case basis.

-Pet deposit $500, refundable if no damage to property.

-Pet Fee is $100/pet.

-This fee helps cover extra cleaning typically required.

-Pets must be flea/tick free. NOTE: This is important for guests coming to Florida as these pests are common year round.

-Cats and other animals are not considered.

-Please make sure to pack for your dog, but we do NOT provide extra bowls and waste bags.

-Please plan to bring a blanket or blankets to cover any furniture or the bed that your dog may go on while here.



OTHER

-We require a rental contract to be signed online (sent via email).

-We require a pet addendum, if applicable, to be signed online (sent via email).

-Minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID will be required to verify.

-We have weekly landscaping and pool service who will be mindful of your presence, please be mindful of theirs.

-We have monthly pest control service but don't be surprised if you come across some of Florida's Finest (Geckos, Ants, Spiders, Mosquitos, Silverfish, Bees, Wasps, No See-ums, etc..).

-We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

We keep the AC at 74. If you need it lower, there is a per day charge:



72-73 is $7/day

70-71 is $10/day



We try to keep cost down so we're able to pass lower rental rates.
