Ships Haven sits right on the shores of Lake Michigan, offering 72 feet of private frontage on beautiful Sleeping Bear Bay while still being just a short walk from everything downtown Glen Arbor has to offer.

Step outside to enjoy the wooded deck with an outdoor dining table for four and a propane grill, perfect for summer meals. Relax around the fire pit on the beach or unwind on the charming wooded swing while taking in the views.

Inside, the sunroom highlights stunning lake vistas and includes a cozy sofa and a dining table for six, creating an ideal setting for meals, games, or simply relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and the living area includes a flatscreen TV for quiet evenings in.

For enhanced comfort, we’ve recently installed new mini-split heating and air-conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the sunroom, offering efficient temperature control year-round. We also upgraded the bunk beds with brand-new mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
