The studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I to stay while we visited with family in St. Augustine. The apartment had everything we needed plus the bed was very comfortable. The building, the grounds, and the pool were all beautiful. Our favorite eating places: Canopy Cafe for breakfast, Woodpecker’s BBQ was amazing for lunch, and Whit’s frozen custard was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Porta del Sol.

Great stay

Check in was easy and the stay was lovely. It was a little farther from downtown and the beaches than expected, but that really didn't deter from the stay. Very clean and cozy and the resort was beautiful.

Highly recommend

We have stayed at several different units here over the years, this property is now our favorite. Hosts are wonderful, it has been redecorated WGV is a beautiful community and convenient to attractions , groceries and restaurants.

Winter get away

We loved our stay at Lattera. Everything was just like home including the weather. We are from Buffalo New York. Our hosts we amazing and checked in with us every few days to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The property itself was beautiful. It was located near shops and restaurants. St Augustine was beautiful and easy to get to! Thank you for allowing us to make your home our home away from home.

Excellent unit

This unit was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.The hosts were very responsive and available by text when I had a small problem with the washer/dryer. I would definitely stay in the unit again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. The only issue that I had was that I was not sent the information to check in the day before and had trouble getting in touch with the owner/manager to get the code to get the key and the gate pass and had to go through VRBO to get them to answer. It was a Friday and a holiday weekend but could not get in the property until 2 hours after I was supposed to and was on the phone for an hour and half trying to get in touch with either number, no one answered or via message on VRBO. VRBO had to third party call them and was able to get Stephanie on the phone finally and she was very sweet and helpful. It was a Friday afternoon/evening. But this is a reminder to check that you have access code for key and pass the day before! I would stay here again but double check the day before.

We loved our stay for the weekend. The room was just the right size for us. The only issue we had, was that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, nor was there any ice trays available, and none of the receptacles in the kitchen worked, so we could not use the coffee maker, etc. Other than that, the unit was very clean, updated and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet place near St Agustine

I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want quiet time and a home base to explore the area. The apartment was very nice and the area was convenient.

The area is beautiful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is perfect for couples. The condo is exactly as advertised. We would stay here again. We loved it.
