-Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath with walk-in shower, toilet and closet with shelving and hanging space, outdoor patio.
-Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, en suite full bath with walk-in shower, toilet, and closet with shelving and hanging space, outdoor patio.
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath with walk-in shower, toilet, and closet with shelving and hanging space, outdoor patio.

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 10 people.

Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Off of the backside of the kitchen is a private maid’s quarters area with bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer.

LOCATION/VILLA ADDRESS: LAS COLINAS 2
Less than 10-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club (also walkable distance - exactly 2 miles!). Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
