Let's start by recognizing the location. It is private and quiet but only 1/2 a block from the heart of Duvall Street. The villa is laid out nicely, well appointed and clean. We were very pleased with our stay and time with Pose Lane Villas. We are already looking into returning next year and Rose Lane will top our list for accomodations. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. Villa Rosa was relaxing and quiet, considering its prime location, and had everything we needed . . . comfortable bed and linens and coffee and other kitchen items. We were somewhat challenged by having our two mini dachshunds with us because they are accustomed to grass and a fenced-in yard, but we made it work. We communicated two issues to the property manager which were addressed timely. We will strongly consider staying at Villa Rosa for future Key West travels.

Great Location!

Stayed here for the Key West Songwriters Festival. It was in a great location, just off Duval Street. I actually was afraid that it would be loud in this area but was pleasantly surprised it was not. I had a question about check in and received an immediate response, resolving my small issue. The accommodations were as expected and the parking was right out in front of the unit.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

I love this place!!!! It was better than described. Wonderful location. Close to everything, yet so quite inside. The bed is so comfortable. My only suggestion would be to leave a bottle of cleaner and Windex under the sink. I would have liked to be able to clean the kitchen counter, etc. before we left. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Very cute apartment close to Duval

Great stay. Well outfitted. They are in the process of updating their wifi. We were trying to work remotely and the wifi was too weak to even download email. We ended going to a cafe to work two days. Not the end of the world. Seems like they are aware and fixing the problem

Great little place right off Duvall

We went through a lot to get there, a canceled flight, last-minute tickets to Miami, driving at night, and finally arriving at 4am. Our hosts had the lights on and the AC turned up. The minute we walked in we felt at home. Loved Rose Lane and loved Rosa Villa. It was clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fluffy thick towels, clean sheets, and a mattress that felt like sleeping on a cloud. We were only a half block from Duval and 2 blocks from Ricks. I love this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We are making plans to come again next year. Not my first visit to Key West but one of the best places I've stayed at.

The rain drops on the window AC in the bedroom was so loud that it woke us up over two nights. They should fix the issue.

Dirty small Alley, Was not happy with Prop Mngr & party on lot next to us.

Felt the ad is deceiving. It is down an alley where I would not want to walk or drive down after dark. Prop Mngr had told me on ph that she would try to get us in earlier than 4p. We ck'd in at 2:30p, walked around and walked to property at 4p and got access. Our luggage got there after 4p. I complained about someone parked in our spot (clearly said #21 on it) because we were going to rent a golf cart and there was a jeep parked in front of our rental the entire time in our #21 slot,. When I mentioned it to Prop Mngr, she said oh just park anywhere those #s don't mena anything * that she had "told them to remove those #s". The only open parking was in front of next bldg and it clearly was marked with #. Sun morn 2-4a ish there was a lively very loud party going on in the empty lot next to our bedroom. It woke my hubby and I up (he a very sound sleeper normally) and the music, the laughing and partying kept us up until they finally quit at 4a ish. I didn't want to call PD since I did not want retailation for partiers. The place was very clean but due to the location and the Prop Mngrs unsincere attitude and the Price, I would not recommend this Prop.
