About this space

The Luxury Mid-Century Modern House is in Kissimmee near Highway US 192. Less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and all the fun that awaits. It is right where you want to be for fast and easy travel to all of the Disney Parks and all other theme parks. And only 5 mins from Walmart Supercenter. This house is all about location!

The Luxury Mid-Century Modern House (low profile thematic house) underwent a full renovation/restoration in 2022. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 sofa beds and a private pool. Whole house was stripped down to bare walls and floor, and rebuilt with fresh new cabinetry, countertop, high end fixtures, lighting and appliances. The master suite has a king bed with Samsung 50” Smart TV, with en suite bath. In the living and dining area, there’s two sofas, 2 designer chairs and a Samsung 65” Smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee system, microwave and fridge. All kitchen cooking equipment, flatware, glassware, coffee mugs, tea and K-cup are provided And they are all brand new.

Cleaning and Bedding

Our house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional staff before each check-in. Our team of experts prepares all the details before your arrival so you do not have to worry about cleaning or organizing during your stay.

Perfect kissimmee spot

Both our boys had AAU tournament at ESPN Sports Center at Disney and this location was perfect for what we needed. We were like 20 minutes from ESPN and minutes from restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The house was well kept, spacious and modernly designed. The pool was perfect for the blistering hot weekend. Beds were awesome and we loved our stay. We will be back

Quiet neighborhood

Nice and clean. Wide open, NOT overly cluttered with unnecessary furniture and gee-gaws leaving plenty of room for our belongings. Nice AC, kitchen, appliances, pool, etc.. all as advertised. Comfortable beds. Easily sleeps 6. Nice.llolocationlcongestion

Weekend Disney Trip

The house was as pictured and kept very clean. There were supplies and amenities as stated. The pool was a little smaller than viewed but perfect size for my family. Location was accessible to stores and restaurants. Great find for the price.

Did not stay. No internet. Couch not comfortable. 2webbed chair could not sit on. No soaps. Slats missing in living room out to back. Did get 50 percent of our money back. Needs comfortable furniture and soaps. Went to a nice hotel.

Great Vacation Place to Stay

My family and I stayed at this house for 6 days and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Answered all questions completely and in a very timely fashion. House was extremely clean and well kept. Master Suite is huge and other rooms were more than adequate. One thing to be aware of is that there isn’t an oven…it has an air fryer and stovetop. Couches were a little uncomfortable but that was manageable. If you’re a Disney goer…it was definitely within a reasonable distance! Also very helpful to have a Walmart in very close proximity to get any groceries you might need during your stay. I would highly recommend staying at this house for your vacation. Simple and easy!!

On first impressions, this villa was perfect. Over a 2 week stay, a few niggles crept in. I think it’s important to highlight to guests, is the lack of oven. After a long journey from the UK, the last thing we wanted to do was go back out for food so we picked up a couple of pizzas etc en route to cook when we got to the villa but no oven! There was a single-drawer air fryer so we ended up cooking 2 slices of pizza at a time which was not ideal but we took it on the chin as we hadn’t specifically checked that the villa came with an oven! We opted to stay in a villa to have the flexibility of cooking/eating out as and when we wanted and to be able to have chilled pool days when we needed a rest from the parks, neither of which was possible as we were also disappointed with the pool area. The rest days around the pool weren’t possible as there were no sun beds to relax on, just some patio chairs which can only be sat on for so long before they become uncomfortable so our ‘rest days’ generally ended up being spent at the water parks. A little TLC and addition of an oven and some sunbeds and this villa would be perfect! There were also a lot of ants around the villa, particularly in the bathrooms. We had issues with lack of hot water which we appreciate was quickly sorted by the owner. The location is perfect, 20-30 mins from all parks. It served its purpose, we would have just liked more home comforts to give us more flexibility. Thank you for having us.
