Beautiful serene setting located in a Unesco World Biosphere Reserve. Perfect home for relaxing and being in nature. Take daily walks, enjoy filtered spring water to your tap. 15 minute walk to the Lake LLaviucu entrance of the Cajas National Park. Enjoy hiking and local fauna and flora. Take your coffee on the porch and enjoy breathtaking beauty. A 25 minute taxi ride to Cuenca for groceries, cultural events and outings with amazing dining options. Fast wi-fi with 100Mps - for remote work.
The space
Our home is part of a residential gated community with 10 units on 10 acres. We ask you to be very respectful to those that live here as well as make sure you are being mindful of keeping the spaces clean and as you find them both for indoor and exterior spaces.
A river runs through the property steps from our front door. The rivers merge here and can at times especially around rains get heavy and rushing - Please do not let small children play unattended on the property or in the common shared center court-yard. Our unit shares 1 wall with our neighbor. You will share the 10 acres of small trails and natural landscaping with the other homeowners. The interior is simple, clean and has everything you need for a short or extended stay. There's parking on site. We also have a driver who is available for pick-ups in Cuenca or at the airport. We ask our guests to refrain from smoking or using any chemicals, perfumes or aerosols. Please be respectful of the natural pristine location, the local residents and park rules. The unit is cleaned and aired out between guests to COVID standards using natural cleaning products as much as possible. Enjoy!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
If you've ever envisioned paradise this is it. We are respectful, calm quiet and clean and we welcome you to our beautiful home in paradise. The property is gated and safe and located with in a 25 minute walk of one of the most beautiful parks in Ecuador. This place is special, as a UNESCO biosphere it id a delicate ecosystem, we want to support that and keep it that way. You'll find chemical free laundry soap and chemical free cleaning supplies. We ask that you pack it in and pack it out. Anything you bring to the property you kindly take with you. Please do not leave soaps, toiletries or personal items in the space.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Deep, deep rest, peaceful quiet, reduced pollution and wi-fi's. Beauty of lush green and lots of rain, walking in the park and clean fresh water from the rivers on the property. The water is filtered spring water. Drink up - one of the few places you can safely drink the water in Ecuador. Plus all this and only 25 minutes to the cultural and historical hub of Cuenca, from creative co-work spaces, to gastro-pubs and museums Cuenca is an incredible city on the brink of a really exciting cultural time.
