A secluded getaway located in the historic Arrowhead Villas neighborhood, this unique, Gambrel-style cabin has everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway among the majestic trees of the San Bernardino National Forest. Skiing and snowboarding at Snow Valley or Big Bear is minutes away and Skypark / Santa's Village are only a few miles! Don't forget hiking, sledding and a lot of other outdoor fun! Come home and cook a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax outside next to the fire table or in the hot tub.

For indoor entertainment, we offer a wide selection of board games, cards and puzzles, making it easy to spend quality time with loved ones. Choose from classic favorites like Monopoly, Scrabble, and Battleship, or try something new - the choice is yours!

Recharge your electric vehicle with the complimentary Level 2 EV charger.

To preserve the peace and quiet of our mountain retreat, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum when outside, especially during late hours.

As our rental is located in the San Bernardino National Forest, we would like to remind all guests that the forest is at elevated risk of fire. For the safety of our property and the forest, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests..

Perfect getaway!

This home is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. My family and I, all 18 & over, enjoyed the board games and the overall space of the home was perfect!! We were a party of 5 but the home could easily accommodate 8 people. Getting in & out of the neighborhood could be tricky with the small winding road but that’s to be expected in all mountain communities. Just use caution when heading to the village which is a less than 10 minute drive away. Overall, we loved this home and would definitely stay here again!!

Birthday getaway

The house was exactly as described and we were so excited to stay there! Communication with the host was excellent and he graciously let us check in early as we got up the mountain faster than we had anticipated. Unfortunately there were wildfires and we received evacuation warnings after just 6 hours of being there. Due to the circumstances, we received a full refund but did understandably cover the cleaning fee since we had spent time there. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy this property for a full stay!

Great, cozy cabin!

Super cozy cabin in Lake Arrowhead. Super close to the village and stores. Great for families! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place. Some hiccups.

The location and house are terrific. It’s a beautiful area. We had some problems accessing the property and getting in touch with the host at check-in. But that was resolved and communication with the host during our stay was perfect. If you are going during winter or if any weather is expected, you should know that the property is located down a slight hill. If there is any snow or ice, getting onto the main road is going to be a little challenging. It would’ve been good for this information to be in the property description. There was snow and we had to shovel our cars out. Since we were not familiar with the area, And didn’t know that the road to the house was on a hill we weren’t prepared for this and didn’t have chains with us. I definitely recommend checking local weather and not relying on the common weather apps. It was a nice place and we would stay there again.

Exactly as advertised

Initially, I was nervous about the lack of reviews but I had no need to be. The property manager was very communicative and the property was exactly as advertised. I would even say it's a little bigger than we expected. The griddle top in the kitchen was a bonus and the hot tub was clean and spacious. You definitely need to turn it on a couple hours before you plan to get in, which is in the check-in instructions. It's so close to the village and Sky Park (Santa's Village) and there's a pizza place in the neighborhood that delivers and sells ready to cook pizzas to go. My family of 5 (teens, adults and a senior) had a great stay and we would recommend to others.
