This huge, private and quiet in the dead-end road that has 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms. A master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king size bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed w/ full and twin beds. Huge living room has TVs w/ Premium PPV movies, Disney+; office area, kitchen, dinner area, big patio w/ treadmill, a full-size Samsung washer & dryer. The sofa is also had a queen bed. Our home is big w/ lowest price.
Easy to access to beaches, highways, banks, groceries, casino and shopping.
Huge garden canal water. No garage.

The description was accurate. Check in was easy. We had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for our group. It was clean but not immaculate. Well stocked with body wash and shampoo. The neighborhood felt safe and some houses were cutely decorated for Halloween. We enjoyed the ducks, birds and iguanas in the backyard. My only complaint was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the house upon arrival and cigarette smoke throughout our stay and none of us smoke. We have no idea where it came from but it was strong and really messed with our sinuses.

Visiting Family

Took the family of all adults to visit parents/grandparents that live in a small condo about 20 minutes away. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again! My only recommendation would be to have a few more dishes (only 4 coffee cups and we had 5 people). Some other cookware (baking sheets, casserole dish, etc) as well would be helpful. When we stay at a place with a kitchen we fully use it but we made do with what was available.

Nice stay

This is a great home with a lot of room in a lovely residential neighborhood. It was convenient for whatever we wanted to do. Cleanliness was somewhat of an issue, but not to the degree that I would say not to stay there. Some instructions from the owner, take for instance the garbage pickup schedule, could have been provided to begin with, but that's fixed easily enough.

Responsive and accomodating

I cannot express how fantastic this place was and the kindness and flexibility that was extended on our behalf. Communication was always quick and the place was beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend this property and hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.

Great family place!

The house was very nice, easy to get to from the airport, and conveniently located to the car show we attended. There was plenty of room and beds for me, my 2 sons, and my friend.

Not Bad

Overall, the property was good. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly nice. It was a good area for a walk. The washer dryer are very modern. The contact person did respond quickly. There were a few problems. The place was not clean when we arrived and my wife did some cleaning our first day there. The floors were in dire need of mopping and there were food crumbs on counters. The beds in the master bedroom and one bed guest room gave way when someone sat on the end and the guest bed had a a broken board. They were not a problem to sleep in. There is a silver van the owners keep in the driveway. That is their right as it is their property but it is an inconvenience if you bring more than one car. The fridge wasn't very cold at all but thankfully we didn't need it for much food. Be aware that the AC is preset to certain temperatures and if you change it, it can change back at a later time. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The price was very good. If the price remains consistent, it is a good value.

Disappointing Rental

The home appeared in disrepair as I pulled in the driveway, and upon walking to the front door I observed a kids bicycle and 2 skateboards propped up near the front door, along with various other personal items that make it seem that this home was lived in regularly by a family. Throughout the stay I had the feeling that it was not my space. In fact, I thought I was at the wrong location. But upon finding that the unit opened up with the code given by the rental manager, I was disturbed to see that there were small holes in the wall near the painting by the front door, and the front door was quite dirty from the inside. From the odd artwork to the poor lighting, this run down home was not remotely what I would consider a vacation retreat. The Wifi access code provided by the rental manager did not work when I arrived, but the rental manager did respond within a few hours to provide access. While in general the unit was neat, there were loose hairs in the bedding and the bathroom had hairs and dust on the floor corners. Would not recommend.

Great Property

This property was very open and roomy. They left some coffee for us, (greatly appreciated), and all the appliances were squeaky clean. The backyard was very pretty and neat. Communication with host was quick and reliable. Only downside is that the listing for the WiFi, and the door lock was not as listed on the site. Additionally, the temperature of the house was constantly 78,( in Florida, that just made the house so much hotter). Overall though, great place!

Overall nice and favorable experience

We appreciated Nghia's prompt communication and availability for any questions. Central air conditioning worked well. Location met our needs and was reasonably close to major roads/highways. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Nice to have had a treadmill for spur-of-the-moment exercise. Laundry machines worked well. My main constructive comment is the kitchen had fewer items for the breadth of cooking compared to what we anticipated.

Nice home, comfortable but was missing a cushion on sofa, came home one night to find a strange car in driveway so was a little hesitant on entering house, come to find out it belonged to homeowners, not sure but maybe he was living in garage, would have been nice for him to communicate he was having a car there so we felt more comfortable

I live here in the area since 2001, this is my original home, I love it and take good care of it, I know the area inside out and take care of my property with care.

Lower price since it is my own home, I take care of it myself, it's in the cul-de-sac and in the best community area with walking people, walking dog all day. It is closer than anything you name it, from beaches, shopping, restaurants and casino.
The home is big, plenty to room and huge backyard that you can watch the sunset.

Roomy and peaceful area, it is closed to all shopping area, beaches, casino, you name it.
