VILLA FELICIA está ubicada en Los Colorados, probablemente la zona residencial más exclusiva de Playa Blanca en el sur de la hermosa isla de lava de Lanzarote. La villa está separada con la máxima privacidad, tiene una piscina privada climatizada e invisible y fue completamente renovada en diciembre de 2019 y está amueblada de forma exclusiva y moderna. En la terraza soleada y apartada de su jardín privado bien cuidado, puede relajarse maravillosamente. Una parrilla de ladrillo permite una buena barbacoa. Las mejores condiciones para pasar unas maravillosas vacaciones. El interior ofrece 2 hermosas habitaciones, una con baño privado. El baño del otro está justo enfrente. Los baños tienen duchas extra grandes a nivel del piso y muebles de baño espaciosos. Un secador de pelo está disponible. Un cuarto de servicio con lavadora también está disponible. La nueva cocina abierta con nevera grande, microondas, cocina de inducción y lavavajillas está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para un buen menú. Una hermosa sala de estar con una moderna mesa de comedor se conecta de inmediato. Puede relajarse en el gran sofá o recibir cientos de canales de televisión internacionales con satélite. Internet y WiFi están disponibles y se pueden utilizar de forma gratuita. El supermercado más cercano está a 300 metros. Hay algunos restaurantes recomendados y bares y supermercados en los alrededores. Las playas cercanas en Playa Blanca son algunas de las más bellas de la isla. Playa Flamingo, en el centro de Playa Blanca, es segura para los niños y ofrece varios restaurantes en un largo paseo marítimo. Si te gusta mantenerlo natural, estás en el lugar correcto en la famosa Playa Papagayo. Esto es con sus pequeñas y hermosas bahías arenosas bajo protección de la naturaleza y nunca lo he visto invadido. Un pequeño restaurante en un acantilado ofrece panoramas y puestas de sol inolvidables. con un delicioso ocaso. El cercano puerto de Puerto Rubicón también lo invita a relajarse con boutiques, restaurantes y bares. Si eres deportivo, la isla es ideal para tus aficiones. Hay maravillosas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo en toda la isla. Buceo y esnórquel y todo tipo de deportes acuáticos (kitesurf, pesca, paseos en lancha motora) son posibles. Hay 2 hermosos campos de golf disponibles para golfistas. Prefiero el campo cerca de Puerto del Carmen después de un viaje de 30 minutos, que también atraerá a los golfistas más exigentes. Unas vacaciones en esta hermosa isla canaria ofrecen mucha variedad si se desea, pero también puede ser extremadamente bueno, relajarse por completo y "relajarse" del estrés cotidiano. ¡Diviértete conociendo y experimentando!

Great stay

We had a great stay in the house, the pool was awesome! Location very nice in the better part of Playa Blanca, close to the harbour and the Papagayo beach. Would definitly recommend.

Lovely quiet area. Excellent restaurant nearby (Citurna).Villa as described. Could do with a little maintenance to bring back up to top quality. Disappointed that there was no water on arrival. Given we had explained that we would have no chance to pick any up from the airport. A cleaner midweek would have been welcome. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Superb villa

The villa is wonderful - very clean, has everything you needed and the pool was warm. The situation was also perfect - a short distance from a supermarket and places to eat and within walking distance of the marina and all its shops and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend. The best place we've stayed I think.

Perfect little paradise

This was our second holiday at this villa and delighted to say that it did not disappoint. It had everything you could want for a relaxed vacation. Loved the privacy and the peace this villa affords you and whether you hire a car or use public transport getting around is never an issue. A very spacious, clean and well equipped property in a very quiet and safe residential area. Very generous, well kept garden and pool area. Less than a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and an easy 20 minute walk to the marina where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

End of uni holiday!

We had the best week staying at Villa Felicia, the property is stunning and the outside space made it ideal for relaxing in the beautiful weather. Patricia made everything so easy and stress free and we will definitely be returning! The location is perfect for accessing the beach and there are some lovely cafes and restaurants near by and the supermarket was excellent! Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Lanzarote

Our stay at villa Felicia

Lovely very private Villa, in a good location, a few nice local restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. 30 minute scenic coastal walk to the busy marina where you have a lot more dining choices. Easy to get a Taxi which are cheap enough if you don't fancy the walk! Thank you for a lovely stay Barry, Catherine and Jessie. Would definitely visit again.

Great situation

Villa Felicia has a great situation providing the chance for a relaxing holiday within a few minutes walk of the local supermarket, cafes, bars and a limited number of restaurants. Also eay access to the seafront walkway towards the Marina and Playa Blanca town. An easy walk to the Papagoyo beaches. Great communication from the villa owner and everything in good order.

This is our 2nd Vist @ Amazing than ever the Villa is a Dream paradise get away! Easy check Inn and location etc. Maybe the Villa needs a little TLC compared to our 1st visit last year but nothing that was a big problem for us hope to vist again.

Great place, very quiet

The house was ultra clean and really well equipped (3 different coffee makers) and modern. Great beds, great kitchen, etc… Nice pool, very quiet location, close to water and close to a small shopping center. Along the waterfront there is a paved boardwalk leading to the next town, great for running, too. Host is super friendly, too. 6 stars out of five.

Really great place to get away in the sun! Villa is really nice, clean, modern and the outside and pool area is fantastic. Villa is in a quiet location with a 15 min walk along the sea front to the marina where theres a large number of restaurants to pick from. Patricia was easy to contact with any questions which were answered right away. Great holiday and would definitely book again thanks Patricia 😊

Week away from Scottish winter!

Lovely villa spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Heated pool maintained twice weekly and at a very nice temperature. Car not essential as half hourly bus service to Playa Blanca available round the corner from villa. Restaurants and bars at marina Rubicón 20 minute walk along promenade . Local bars , restaurants and supermarket 5 minute walk.

Just spent four weeks at Villa Felicia and all I can say is that we did not wish to return home. The villa was comfortable, completely private and quiet and a great place to lounge around the pool. Patricia was a perfect host and resolved the one small is issue quickly and efficiently. We have rebooked and cannot wait to return.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We’ve just had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Felicia. The Villa was spotless, so clean, tidy and light & airy. It had everything we needed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The children (aged 14 & 10) loved the pool. 5 min walk to the supermarket and a beautiful 25 min to the marina where there are lots of lovely restaurants. We had a couple queries while we were there and Patricia (the owner) came back to me so quickly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Felicia and would definitely stay again. The villa is in a great location, very quiet and private. Only 35 minutes walk and you are at Marina Rubicón with many restaurants. The pool was perfect and the pool guy visited twice during our stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Short walk to a HiperDino Express which would be perfect if you didn’t have a car. Check in and check out easy and fuss free. Patricia has been easy to contact and prompt to reply with regards to any enquiries.

Perfect villa, perfect holiday

Nothing but great things to say about the villa. Patricia was so helpful throughout our stay and very accommodating to our slight changes of circumstance. The villa is clean and bright and was perfect for our kids (6 and 9). The pool was warm (28 degrees in the morning, 31 in the afternoon). The location is fantastic as there are plenty of facilities nearby including a supermarket that's open until 10pm everyday, a playground and a few bars and shops. It's also a scenic 15 minute walk to Playa Mujeres and a 20 minute coastal walk to Marina Rubicon, where you'll find all the restaurants you'll ever need. Like the title says, perfect villa, perfect holiday. Thanks so much!!!

Lovely villa for peaceful holiday

Patricia was very helpful with all our correspondence and questions. The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented, and full of all kitchen ware or little gadgets that you may need to create a stress-free holiday. The garden the villa is set is beautiful, and very peaceful. The pool is fantastic and is cleaned twice a week. The location is excellent too, the villa is a very short walk away from a local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a brilliant Escape Room company. 20 minutes walk on a picturesque coast road will take you in to the centre of Marina Rubicon. The villa is less than 5 minutes away from the nearest bus stop too. We can't recommend this villa highly enough. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday - thank you, Patricia!

Lovely and relaxing holiday

We have had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Felicia. The villa was as described online, very clean, spacious and truly private, despite having immediate neighbours. Patricia was an excellent host and responded to any questions we had very quickly. The house is ideal, in a quiet location but also close to the centre of Playa Blanca - about a 25 minute walk along the promenade to the marina where there are lots of lovely places to eat. The Papagayo beaches are worth a visit and the snorkelling is excellent there although the beaches in Playa Blanca are worth visiting too. There is a small supermarket close by (about 300 metres from the villa) where you can pick up a few essentials but we did our main food shop at a Superdino in the centre of Playa Blanca (only 10 mins by car). We would definitely return to Villa Felicia again and would also be happy to recommend to family and friends.

There’s always some risk when booking a VRBO, and this property fell short of expectations. While the layout is okay, the property feels dated. The loungers are stained and sagging, and the pool was not clean on arrival.The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. I missed this detail when booking, I take full responsibility, but given the climate it honestly surprising it is not provided. The ceiling fans are old and ineffective, and the bedding is flannel, which made the hot nights very uncomfortable. We ended up spending 400 Euro on a portable bedroom air conditioning unit to help salvage the holiday.Overall, there is little effort to make guests feel welcome, which is disappointing in a destination like Lanzarote. While I was not expecting luxury, I was expecting better quality based on the photos and reviews. Lanzarote itself is beautiful, and I will happily return to the island. Hopefully this review helps the next person decide if this property is suitable for their needs.

Magnifica villa

Una delicia de villa, en perfecto estado, con una decoración actual y cómoda. Hemos disfrutado de su comedor exterior tanto como de la piscina. La atención de la propietaria y administradores, insuperable!

Meine Ferienhäuser wurden für mich liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der hochwertigen, umfassenden und detailverliebten Ausstattung und Möblierung heben sich die Häuser von normalen „ Vermiethäusern“ deutlich ab. Warum im Urlaub schlechter wohnen als zuhause.
