This beautiful home features a private hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and multiple living areas in 2,875 square feet on three levels. Relax indoors with the smart TVs, board games and books. The main level features an open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen, a living area and dining area. The master suite has a King bed and private bathroom with shower, tub and dual vanities.

Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed. Head downstairs where you will find another private roomy bedroom with a queen bed. In the downstairs den there is a queen sleeper sofa, TV and exercise equipment.

Lots of seating, an office nook and a kitchenette in the lower living area, and the hot tub in just outside the sliding glass door. Head outside and enjoy the hot tub, the fire pit (firewood provided) the covered porch, the screened-in porch, the outdoor seating areas and gas grill.

Explore the many opportunities that Asheville and the surrounding communities have to offer. Check out the River Arts District as well as the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville with all its shopping and restaurants, and the miles of hiking and mountain bike trails that are a short drive away. Pisgah National Forest is a favorite destination, and you will love the other national and state forests like Gorges National Park and DuPont State Forest that are an easy day trip from our location.
