This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a spacious modern interior with an open floor plan. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped with pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups. Hamilton Beach 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle also available on site.
Cruise around town on the 4 bikes provided or relax under the fans on the back patio sectional with ping pong table and 60" Smart TV. Outside, you can enjoy the private backyard, prepare dinner on the Weber grill and wind down roasting s'mores next to the fire pit!
Living room is complete with sleeper sofa sectional, 2 lounge chairs and 2 Crate & Barrel leather ottomans. Breakfast nook can comfortably sit 8 around the dining table. The 65" Samsung Smart TV includes a dedicated Youtube TV account with 100+ channels, Netflix subscription along with a variety of other streaming services. Smart TVs in every bedroom carry the same subscription services.
House comfortably sleeps 8. All 3 bedrooms are fit with queen memory foam mattresses. A full size sleeper sofa and additional 22" inch high queen self inflating mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided upon request). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. Private driveway and garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.
Family friendly Pack 'n Play travel crib and mattress available on site, high chair, kids tableware and utensils, books and board games for all ages.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. No parties or events per town ordinance. No parking on street or on lawn. The refund policy does not cover inclement weather. If you are concerned about a weather event affecting your stay, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
