Newly renovated home in the heart of Mount Pleasant, minutes from Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms beaches & Shem Creek. Tucked away on a quiet, safe street, right off Coleman Blvd. Walk to Publix or Harris Teeter grocery stores, dining, coffee shops, bars, ice cream & shopping. Lounge by the firepit in the private backyard, test your game on the ping pong table, take a ride on the 4 bikes provided or spend the day exploring historic downtown Charleston!

The space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a spacious modern interior with an open floor plan. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped with pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups. Hamilton Beach 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle also available on site.

Cruise around town on the 4 bikes provided or relax under the fans on the back patio sectional with ping pong table and 60" Smart TV. Outside, you can enjoy the private backyard, prepare dinner on the Weber grill and wind down roasting s'mores next to the fire pit!

Living room is complete with sleeper sofa sectional, 2 lounge chairs and 2 Crate & Barrel leather ottomans. Breakfast nook can comfortably sit 8 around the dining table. The 65" Samsung Smart TV includes a dedicated Youtube TV account with 100+ channels, Netflix subscription along with a variety of other streaming services. Smart TVs in every bedroom carry the same subscription services.

House comfortably sleeps 8. All 3 bedrooms are fit with queen memory foam mattresses. A full size sleeper sofa and additional 22" inch high queen self inflating mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided upon request). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. Private driveway and garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Family friendly Pack 'n Play travel crib and mattress available on site, high chair, kids tableware and utensils, books and board games for all ages.

This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. No parties or events per town ordinance. No parking on street or on lawn. The refund policy does not cover inclement weather. If you are concerned about a weather event affecting your stay, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

We stayed one week and this was again a great trip to the area. The location of the house was perfect for our needs: Close to the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, close to everything in Charleston, and close to shopping ad restaurants in Mount Pleasant - pretty much in the middle of everything. The home is well-equipped and maintained and the owner was very responsive. He really cares!!!

Everything about your sweet home was perfect! Beautiful floors and kitchen. Great shower. Spotless! Almost sterile, just kidding. I only stayed one night as I was due for surgery. Everything was perfect. We did not do much cooking, except on the outdoor grill and we did use the coffeemaker. Loved the ice and water in the fridge door.This location is perfect for seeing so much of the "touristy" types of things. The host suggested some places for seafood which we loved. One of the BEST houses we have found anywhere. The hose, Chris is amazing.

They stayed in touch with us from the day we booked until the we checked out. Always willing to answer questions about the home or the area. The home was a dream for those visiting family or the local tourism areas. All the amenities, a great kitchen, comfy beds and so much more. A must stay when you're in the Charleston area.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Mount Pleasant. The home and neighborhood was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. Everything is so close. Close to 3 beaches and if you love outer banks Netflix series, this house is so close to lots of filming locations. The host of this home is so nice and gets back with you right away and gives suggestions that are helping, especially where to park for the beaches. We loved it here!!! Thank you for a great family vacation!!!!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! Chris and Dodi were simply outstanding hosts! The home was incredibly clean and well maintained. It was very family friendly and offered amenities for small children which was huge for us traveling with a 4 and a 1-year-old--they had a pack n play, a highchair, kids silverware/drinkware, etc! We were extremely impressed with the house as it exceeded our expectations. Chirs and Dodi were unbelievably helpful and very responsive. They provided a guidebook on the area with a ton of suggestions for what to do. We tried out a lot of their suggestions, and NONE of them disappointed! They reached out multiple times throughout our stay just to make sure everything was going well, and to see if we needed anything at all. We cannot recommend this home enough, and we plan to be back in the future!

Clean and modern

We could not have been happier with our stay. From the day week booked until checkout the host was easy to contact and responded immediately to any/all questions. When our flight arrived earlier than anticipated Chris let us drop our bags in the garage until it was time to check in. The house was perfect for our group of friends. An outdoor space, clean open kitchen, and a cozy eating and living area. The bathrooms were modern and clean and each room had a tv. Location was perfect, a quick uber drive to downtown and talking distance to CVS, Publix, and take out restaurants. If we are back in the Mount Pleasant area, we will definitely stay here again!

Mt. Pleasant gem

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my husband 60th birthday with friends. The property was exactly as advertised and the owners were very quick to respond to questions/requests. Very walkable area and a quick ride over the bridge to Charleston. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Quiet and close to everything - Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island and downtown Charleston. The house was perfect for our family of 5 celebrating 3 birthdays during our visit. So much fun and ease of staying at this wonderfully updated home! Highly recommend

Good place to stay. Got a little warm when AC went off. Didn't check out game area or fire pit.

Nice amount of glasses. Refrig clean Supplied flavored coffees. Lock easy to get in and out. Ubers came to us quickly and no issues.

Great VRBO in Olde Village

This listing matched its pictures perfectly. The property was immaculate - so clean and well equipped. The bikes and the location made getting around very easy and fun. The only negative was the flooring was very "spongy" in spots

Exceeded Expectations

The house is perfect! It is decorated beautifully! We had no questions or concerns as the owners and written laminated instructions for every tv. The location is fabulous! If you are ever visiting Charleston, I urge you to stay here. The owners were great communicators and a pleasure to work with!

Family of adults attending Charleston wedding…

The property worked well for the 6 of us (all arriving from different parts of the US) who were all attending a wedding in Charleston. We also had a post wedding celebration on Sullivan island so the location, between the two places was perfect. You need a car but we did utilize the bikes and beach chairs provided. The house had been recently renovated, was very clean and efficient. Except for one home cooked breakfast our meals where elsewhere. There was something going on with the floors that felt unstable but the owner advised they were going to be replaced next week. Not an issue for us but we wanted to make sure the owner was aware. Communication was excellent.

Remodeled & Contemporary SC home

Great location to everything. 17minutes to all your historical sites in Charleston. Yet, close to beach town of Sullivans Island. 1/2 block from groceries and gas. Loved the location and the cleanliness of the house. Loved the ping pong table room for kids.

Where do I begin?🤗

We had an absolutely amazing stay during our recent beach trip to Mount Pleasant in the Old Village! The location was perfect, with Publix and CVS just a short walk away. If you feel like exploring more, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants and breweries within walking distance too. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, and we felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Being just five minutes from Shem Creek and only 15 minutes to downtown Charleston, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The amenities were abundant, and Chris and Dodi went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. They checked in on us and were flexible with our requests, making us feel truly valued. These hosts are some of the nicest people we've ever dealt with through VRBO. By the second day, we knew we would absolutely be back next summer. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, do yourselves a favor and book this house! You won't regret it!

Cute Rental in Charleston!

My husband and I along with some friends came to Charleston for a short vacation and this rental was perfect! Was honestly in a perfect location, close to the beach, but also close to downtown too. Great amenities as well including washer and dryer and nice kitchen. We really had a great time on our trip and I believe this house made it even better! Would recommend to anyone visiting the Charleston area!
