Amazing villa on Elia Beach

Our group of 5 had an amazing stay at this villa. Owner was wonderful to deal with, location is amazing and the villa was immaculately clean. Host even provided bottled water, coffee, and some small snacks. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Great stay

The property was VERY nice and we loved the location. The host provided all the necessary items for our stay, such as water, coffee, etc. Our only disappointment was that the WiFi only worked if you’re on the main floor in the living room.

Lovely seaside family home

The property was very nice for a family getaway to Elia Beach, 5-10 minute walk to the shore. Home was clean, well stocked, appliances all in working order. The best feature is the spacious veranda with spectacular views of the Aegean and the hills at night. I would highly recommend this property! The only drawback is the distance to the port and town center. It is a long transfer and around 70 Euro, and the property is a bit difficult to find. We had drivers pick us up at Arte & Mare resort down the hill. If you don't plan to visit the town often, and want to enjoy the beach, this is the place!

Delightful hillside bungalow overlooking Elia Beach

This was a delightful hillside authentic Greek vacation villa located overlooking Elia beach. Elia beach itself is located about 5 km from the main town of Mykonos. distinctly secluded from all of the hustle and bustle. The little community has a lovely beach with full-service beach chairs and umbrellas, food and drink. There is a beach resort restaurant there as well that has an amazing menu all day. The villa is quaint and comfortable. The view is spectacular. The kitchen is fully appointed with Meile cooking equipment. The air conditioning worked beautifully. We would certainly consider staying here again should we return to Mykonos.

Beautiful house and outdoor space

We came to Mykonos on a sailboat, which we anchored off Elia beach for a few days while we stayed here. Easy dinghy ride to the nice beach and walk up to the house. The house is nice inside, and has a beautiful outdoor dining and hangout area. We will all remember this place for a long time!”. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous Villa

This is a gorgeous villa. It met all of our needs perfectly. It's set on a hillside overlooking Elia Beach, in a cluster of other similar villas. Though there are villas on either side of it, the way they are all placed maintains the privacy and the views of each one. We visited there for three nights in August with my family of 5 (spouse and three adult children, ages 17, 20 and 23). The terrace is phenomenal, and perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Its a short walk down the hill to Elia Beach where you can rent chairs and get beachside food and drink service from Elia Beach Club (which also has a wonderful beachfront restaurant where we ate dinner one night). There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and an open living/ dining kitchen area upstairs, with one half bathroom upstairs. The upstairs opens out onto the large terrace from the kitchen. And two of the downstairs bedrooms have french doors that open onto the lower terrace. Ano Mera is the nearest town, less than a 10 minute drive where you can shop for basic provisions (and also find restaurants/ tavernas). The villa owner was helpful and responsive to all communication both before and during the trip. We loved it and would highly recommend!

Maybe the best rental ever?

The house was immaculate. The decor was beautiful, the home was spotless, and we had everything we needed. If we ever make our way back to Mykonos, we'll be staying here. In the meantime, I'll refer all of my friends. What an amazing place to stay, I wish we were there for longer.

Incredible property

This is an incredible property overlooking the Ilia beach. It is an ideal property for a family and there is lot of space and multiple bathrooms. Alex was a great host and the check in process was really good. Alex allowed us to check in early as we were coming from an early flight. We were given a welcoming gift of breads, wines and other foods which was a very nice surprise. I would stay here again. Driver and taxis are expensive Ideally good to have a car here as you can go into nearby village and the town of Mykonos which is about 25 minutes away.

Fantastic quiet villa

We had a great time at the Elia Villa. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views are stunning, definitely worth the commute to this part if the island for us. It's away from the loud night life of town so it's relaxing but still easy enough to commute there for a dinner or boat excursion. We had 20 somethings and a 7 year old and there was something for everyone in the area. The beach is also great for everyone and was very calm and easy swimming.

Paradise in Mykonos

This property is absolutely beautiful. The owners have paid attention to every detail from beautiful dishware and nespresso capsules to nice soaps and q-tips in the bathrooms. The lay-out is perfect with all of the spacious bedrooms downstairs with lovely closets and windows. The beautiful curved stairway leads to the upper floor, which has a great integration of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well-appointed with Miele appliances and the Internet worked well (except it doesn't work in the master bedroom, which was disappointing). The outdoor space is phenomenal. We ate most of our meals outdoors overlooking Elia beach. The house is in the perfect location: high enough to have a view of everything, but only a five minute walk down the hill to be on the beach, where you can rent lounge chairs. You have every beach imaginable: straight, mixed, gay and even nude. I walked down every morning to the beach restaurant to have my morning latte. It was really nice to be out of the hustle and bustle and have the option to drive into town (20 minutes away). The owner was very responsive and the housekeeper managed to magically clean whenever we happened to be away from the house and took great care of us. I hope to return.

Breathtaking view, most comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I am not one to write reviews typically, but find myself doing so for this property as it was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. Having stayed at many high end accommodations, I must say that this villa was the MOST phenomenal!! From the breathtaking view of Elia beach, just a few steps away, to the peaceful and tasteful layout and decor of the conpound. The beach was lovely! We cooked every day and it was the perfect space for entertaining. Alexander the owner was most helpful responding quickly via email or phone. He provided us with a pdf of helpful information regarding the villa and the city. The cleaning staff came each day and kept the home prestine. The downtown area was only 20 min by car and it was nice to be a little aways from all the loud chanter after a fun evening out. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa and hope to come back to Mykonos and stay here again in the near future.

Gorgeous Home with amazing view

We were a family of 5 and had an amazing time at Alexander's home. The decor is gorgeous, linens were amazing and the patio was spectacular with a view of Elia beach. We could walk to the beach and had a fantastic time! Alexander was very helpful in finding information as well.

Μείναμε ήδη δύο καλοκαίρια και ετοιμαζόμαστε για το τρίτο με μεγάλη ανυπομονησία! Εξαιρετική διαμονή, θαυμάσιο και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με γούστο και κλάση, ήσυχο, ιδανικό για διακοπές. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικός και ό,τι βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνεται απολύτως στην πραγματικότητα. Κάθε μέρα το σπίτι καθαρίζεται σχολαστικά και μέρα παρά μερα αλλάζονται τα ασπρόρουχα από το εξυπηρετικό ζευγάρι που έχει την επιμέλεια. Θα βρείτε επιπλέον πετσέτες θαλάσσης.Έχουμε ταξιδέψει πολύ ως οικογένεια αλλά αυτό το σπίτι το αγαπούμε ιδιαίτερα και το έχουμε συνδυάσει με τις απόλυτα χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

VUE EXCEPTIONNELLLE

Nous avons loué cette villa pour 4 nuits. Elle est située à 5 minutes de marche de la plage de ÉLIA. L'espace de vie extérieure est hallucinant. Nous avons passé une grande partie de nos vacances sur la terrasse qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne et sur la plage. La villa était très propre et très bien entretenue. Les lits sont très confortables et le mobilier est vraiment de qualité. Nous retournerions à cette villa n'importe quand et nous la recommandons sans hésiter.

Perfectly Situated Villa with Amazing Views

This villa was absolutely perfect and was perfectly situated above Elia Beach which it made free from the club noise and traffic that Mykonos Town is best known for. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as many others that are just off the beaten path within a few minutes drive. Alexander was incredibly helpful and we exchanged multiple emails between booking and our arrival to ensure everything went as planned and that the villa met our expectations. If I am lucky enough to return to Mykonos, I will definitely stay at this villa again. Our experience was an A+++.
