Lodge style home, private country setting, located on Crowley's Ridge, 6 miles north of Harrisburg. After an early morning duck hunt, spend your day relaxing at the lodge and your evening sitting around the fire pit. Puddlers is also a great place to get away or have a family gathering. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, sleeps 9 easily. Full kitchen and laundry. Large mudroom. Open living room with bar area, 65" smart tv and free WiFi. Large front porch and back deck with fire pit and grilling area. Sits on 26 acres with access to large pond on the property, for fishing only. There will be no hunting on the property, Plenty of parking and room for trailers. Only 15 minutes from Jonesboro. Dogs allowed, but must be kept in the climate controlled mudroom. 2 dog beds and food and water bowls are available.

Second year staying at this property. Just as impressive as the 1st stay. Perfect setup for several guys duck hunting in this area. Highly recommend.

Chris was a great host. He was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place was extremely clean. We came for duck hunting trip and this place was perfect for it. If we do this duck trip next year we will definitely be staying here again.

Snow goose paradise

We had 8 hunters staying in the lodge. Everything was what we were expecting. The mud room to be able to store all our outdoor clothing and guns was great. The kitchen was perfect and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Excellent Hosts and House

The property was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked to cook for 10 guys (an extra fridge in the "mud room" to boot!), the mud room had wader hangers and stalls for bags, the internet was fast enough to stream football games, and the dartboard was a hit! The property also has a great fire pit and grills (both charcoal and propane).

Beautiful house

We came to see the solar eclipse and were lucky enough to find this gem! Three families stayed at the lodge and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable, plenty if firewood for several nights of fireside chats, and lots of fun fishing at the ponds. Chris was a wonderful host! If there’s ever a reason for us to come back to this area, we would definitely want to stay here!

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood.

We loved everything about this rental, they had a very nice place and everything was exactly as described on the website. The only thing I would suggest is a larger frying pan and a regular toaster if you have a family with you, I ended up cooking the bacon on a cookie sheet and it worked out well. This place was very relaxing too and not much noise at all because it sits back from the main road. We will definitely be coming back!

One of the best stays ever!

U booked this place for a women’s retreat for my church and it was perfect! Comfortable beds, pillows and furniture. The kitchen was stocked with great premium cookware! That was a super plus for me!! The owners were friendly and very accommodating. I left my cellphone by mistake and Chris called me to let me know! The home was very inviting and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again!

January Stay at Puddlers

This is a lodge that does not disappoint! Perfectly decorated, plenty of room, great kitchen set up, lots of parking and incredible mud room for hunting gear. This is our second time to stay and our hosts are always ready and waiting to help with anything needed. Hopefully we will be staying here for years to come. Every friend is always pleasantly surprised upon arrival with a consistent statement, "This is a GREAT place!". Thanks Chris for always warmly welcoming us and caring that everything is always perfect for us.

WOW! AWESOME!

This property is Amazing and perfect for groups with a lot of gear and need for open space. There is plenty of parking, the hunting lodge feel and decor was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Puddlers to anyone. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We have already booked this property again. Many thanks to the hosts!
