Great Getaway

Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Watching dolphins play as the sunsets. The condo was clean and comfortable. A few cosmetic things (the master bedroom door was broken and couldn’t be closed all the way). Would stay here again.

Week at the beach.

Great stay overall. Easy to get too and communication was great. 5 min drive to Rosarito and 1/2hr from the boarder. Lots of great place to eat within 15mins. The on site amenities were great. Three pools and 8 hot tubs. Great sandy beach right in front. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very spacious and roomy. The hardest part was figuring out how to use se the pin to activate the elevator and pool/beach access. Staff on hand are very helpful. Thanks again. We will definitely looks to see you’re available again for our next trip.

Great beach location!

The room had a great beach view. Condo was roomy very clean and very nicely decorated. Staff was attentive and host took care of a couple of issues right away. There was no central heating so it was very cold at night had to ask for more blankets. There was 1 portable heater. There were some things that could improve with property. There should be rails on stairs for guest to hold on to for safety reasons. Had a hard time with one of the elevators recognizing guest faces and sometimes code (which is very long and hard to remember). Also had trouble with gate to beach when trying to get back in from beach. Once we were told to push hard after inputting code which worked once but second time couldn’t open gate. Had to have someone come and help. The other thing, the road to condo needs better description and more signs to tell you we’re road is that leads to condo hard to navigate to it.

Disappointed Day Before Check In

received call less than 24 hrs b4 check in, informed BOOKED room was inhabitable, offered alternate room. Photos less desirable however, 5 had paid, taken time off work, had currency exchanged & didn’t have the luxury of time to find other accommodation. Missing blind in livingroom (found in main bedroom closet) door completely off track to washroom, paint chipping on shower frame, clogged shower heads, loose toilet, spare door hinges & hardware thrown in master closet along with missing blind. Subwoofer blown out of surround system & had to unplug in order to watch tv. Disappointed & nothing like what was originally booked or expected.

Beautiful apartment but non-existent communication from manager

The check-in email said the wifi info would be either on the check-in card or on the router. It was not on any of the check-in cards. We searched and searched for the router and couldn't find it. When I messaged to ask, there was no response in the 3 days we were there. The apartment was gorgeous, as were the views. It would have been nice if there were some basic ammenities like beach towels, drinking water, and coffee pods. The location is on a rather isolated stretch if beach about 10 minutes from Roasariot beach. If you want walkable, this is not it. The "exit" to get to the building from the north is super easy to miss and the exit to get back to the building from south (rosarito beach) was under construction and had no clear signage, so just drive slowly and be really watching. We loved the infinity pools and EIGHT hot tubs that were lit up with colored underwater lights at night. Wide, gorgeous beach.

Born in Los Angeles, and a long-time Las Vegas resident! Now full-time living in beautiful Rosarito! I'm passionate about traveling, experiencing new cultures, and creating new opportunities. I spend most of my time leading our property management team and taking care of guests but in my free time, you'll find me at the beach, taking photos, or having some fresh seafood. I love all water-related things and know some of the best spots to discover, see marine life, and chill out on sandy beaches - don't be shy to ask for recommendations!
