Bring the whole family including your pets to this open floor plan home with lots of room for fun!

Conveniently located steps away from Sloan Park - Chicago Cubs spring training fields (You can read the score board from our kitchen window!)

Whether you are a Baseball fan or a fan of sunshine and shopping Casa Dixon will be the perfect getaway.

There are many walking/hiking/biking trails located nearby. Tempe Town Lake is popular destinations and less than 5 minutes away.
The space
You'll never want to leave our cozy warm and inviting home. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee each morning overlooking the view of Cubs Stadium and Camelback Mountain from our backyard. Below are some details of your stay:

Heated Pool, doggy door, 3 Tuft & Needle king mattresses, Roku TV in each bedroom, Roku TV in living room, keyless entry, and newly remodeled interior. Pool has gate that separates pool area from backyard where kids and dogs can play.

Casa Dixon is located on the boarder of Tempe/Scottsdale off the 101 and 202 freeways.

Riverview park is located across the street with water park, lake and jungle gym for kids; on same block as Cubs Spring training facility (Sloan Park).

Tons of food options nearby (including Portillos for our Chicago folk). Please
feel free to ask us for any food recommendations.

Cubs Baseball Fan Dream location

Perfect location for one to catch the Cubs spring training games. The park is literally outside your back door. Three bed two bath house was perfect for our Savannah Bananas game. Your very own pool in the back yard. I will definitely stay here again

great place to bring my dog

Property was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable. There is a wonderful park nearby that my dog and I enjoyed walking around. Shopping nearby. The property needs some TLC maintenance, and it backs up to a busy and noisy road. We would stay there again with our dog.

Great location- close to ASU and Cubs training fields

Great little home in a great location! We were down for a soccer tournament and this house was a good middle spot for games and things to do. ASU campus was close, great food nearby and the Cubs training grounds right across the street was nice. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Only downside is the pool took all day to heat vs the 2 hrs they said it would (but I guess I should have known, but trying to save on a heating bill)so plan accordingly for that if you wish to swim in the winter. Once it heated up , it was great!

DIY gone wrong

House photographed well but when you look closer you can see the poor craftsmanship. Tile work, cabinets, etc…some things should be left to the pros and not a novice weekend warrior. At least I hope that’s what happened and they didn’t pay someone for this mess. Location is great even though it backs up to a busy street. Lots of great places to eat and easy freeway access.so that part is good. Beds and couch are confy too

Perfect little getaway

The house was just what we needed for a vacation/staycation. We live in Las Vegas and this had it all- perfect vibe inside with a refreshing pool in the backyard. Pretty close to everything. Can’t wait to go back!

Great family vacation spot

Our family had 4 of us staying here while we moved a student into their dorms, and this was the perfect place to relax and have fun after! The host was kind, and the property was as advertised. We will be staying again!

Sibling Reunion

Just 4 Siblings getting together after not seeing each other for a few years. It was HOT! It would have been nice to have some sort of umbrella we could have put over the pool to enjoy it. All in All, we had a blast and would highly recommend this place. Communication with host is A++

Beautiful and comfortable property

We enjoyed this comfortable and well kept property during our recent stay. We were on town for our daughter’s graduation from ASU and the property is in a great, central location between campus, shopping and other activities. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything g we needed during our stay. Thanks l!

Perfect Family Friendly House

This cozy, warm, inviting home has everything you need during your stay, including very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, close to shopping, movie theaters, and a park. Remarkably, they allow dogs (not many places do) and have a doggy door. The owner is super responsive and friendly; they put a lot of love into the home. The pool is small and perfect for kids. Please know to request the pool to be heated when you book (it is an extra fee).

Family Friendly

Property located next to many amenities and in a nice area next to Sloan Stadium where the Cubs play. Pool was perfect size for my 4 year old. Property listed a hot tub when initially booked but there was no hot tub. Property was okay cleanliness but could tell a dog lived on the property with fur and kibble not cleaned up. Would recommend to stay there again if have younger kids.

Weekend stay in Mesa

4 of us went down for the weekend that had never been to the area before. Shops were close to walk to, transportation was super easy with entrances to the freeway close to the house. Made it about 15-20 mins max to get most places we needed to go. Property was clean and had everything we needed, and any questions we had was quickly answered by the host. Would be awesome during spring training and being able to walk across the street to watch the cubs. 5/5 had a great trip and great place to stay

PHX soccer tournament

This house served us so well, right in between the 2 soccer tournament locations that our daughters played in. The neighborhood awesome and easy access to the highway, close to grocery, EV charging stations and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets super soft, I think high end sheets. Hope we play again next year and can stay in the same home, and maybe go to a Cubs game too!

Cozy home

Cozy home. Our family of 8 (6 adults 2 babies) had plenty of room. It was actually cold so we didn’t use the outside amenities much. If you are coming for Cubs baseball this is the place for you! Quiet neighborhood, a little road noise from the main road behind the house but there’s also a gate if you want to walk to the stadium for games. Also the location is very convenient and centrally located not far off of two freeways. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft. Pool is not huge but really nice with a large fence splitting it from the green space. Would definitely stay again

Great location and set up for our conference

This location worked out perfectly for our needs. We easily walked across the street to our conference at the Sheraton, and it was nice to be able to walk back without losing any time. The host was super responsive to our needs, and we were happy we had something more than hotel rooms for our stay. The place isn’t brand new so some things could use a little updating, but overall it was great!

House needs TLC, noisy location.

This house needs a lot of TLC. It does NOT look like the pictures as one reviewer noted. There are spots in the floor where the flooring is missing and you can just see to the subfloor. Some areas are filthy like the sliding glass door and the master shower complete with mold on the shower curtain. Other areas are just beat up, the walls are dirty and marked, the sofa is old and saggy and the rugs are torn. The picture of the pool is very misleading, think of it as a large jacuzzi. Before you rent, make sure they fix the plumbing issues. The first two days I was there I had no hot water in either shower, after 48 hours and a visit from the plumber the water became warm enough to shower in and I asked them to stop working on it so my vacation was not ruined. But the shower water only gets to warm, it is not hot. There are other plumbing issues with the house, the master bath sink clogs up before the hot water can get to it. I would ask Austin what has been done to fix these plumbing issues before you decide to rent. Austin was great to work with, he did get the plumber out within 24 hours of me notifying him about the shower issue. But I did ask for a 50% refund on the two nights I was without hot water in the shower and I have not seen that yet. As for the neighborhood, it had no bearing on my rating as I think it's more buyer beware. But note that you are right next to two major freeways and also the backyard backs onto a very busy road
