ST JOE BEACH: 6-8 minute bike ride to the end of our street OR 3-5 minute golf cart ride (or 1-2 minute car ride) where you can use the boardwalk to access the beach paths
WINDMARK BEACH: 5 minute car ride- beach with nearby amenities
MEXICO BEACH- 10 minute car ride- beach with nearby amenities
CAPE SAN BLAS- 30 minute car ride- try the state park at the end of the cape too!

During business hours there may be construction vehicles and some construction noises at the end of our block before you reach our home in the finished part of the subdivision.
Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (not on the street per HOA rules and not in garage due to all of our amenities).

You can walk, bike, or drive to the ocean. Parking is available at/near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Private and public beach access available.
Community Pools: one is about a 30 sec car ride, the other is about a 5 min. Please note that community pool closures are not within our control and not do result in a refund.

Our home is located in a new up and coming development with incredible amenities. During business hours there will be construction vehicles and some construction noises.

You can walk, bike, or drive to the ocean.. Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (no street parking per HOA rules or garage parking due to all of the amenities we offer). There is construction in our development as this is a new and upcoming area.
Dogs:
*maximum 1 dog
*no dogs on furniture ( including beds)
*must pay additional pet fee
*dogs must be leashed at all times outside the home (HOA rules)
*must clean up dog poop and dispose each time Quiet Hours 10:00 pm- 8:00 am
No Smoking
No parties or events
No outside visitors or overnight guest without prior approval from you host
No illegal activities anywhere on the property
Breakages/damage need to be reported immediately so resolution process can begin
