Second bedroom could use an air conditioner. Location was excellent for access to boardwalk and casinos. Parking was adequate.

Clean place but found bed bugs after my daughter was bitten. Extremely hot inside, only 2 window AC units. Once turned on it got better but the middle bedroom was uncomfortably hot even with the fan. No exhaust for bathroom or gas stove/oven. About 30 stairs to get to the place. Only 1 parking space for “sleeps 5 unit” with 5th being a fold out cot. I am grateful the Owner allowed us to park 2 cars in the small lot behind the house. No instruction manual.

Nice place but subpar AC

The location of this place along with the cleanliness was very good! Especially if you're planning on going to the boardwalk or the Tropicana. My only complaint is the 2 AC units weren't quite up to task of keeping the place cool. It's a third floor unit and we had a constant temperature outside in the mid to upper 70's. It wasn't unbearable it was just difficult to get very comfortable. I think adding one more unit somewhere would completely solve this. Other than that a great place to stay for the location.

Small place that worked for what was needed. Parking is tricking depending on number of cars in lot so be careful.

Great apartment and location is perfect.

The apartment is adorable and has everything you need. The location is ideal being a short walk from the casinos, boardwalk and beach. The stairs are not that bad so don't let the other reviews scare you; not ideal for strollers and such but otherwise the stairs are no big deal. My only complaint is the living room furniture is not very comfy but I imagine it would be really tough to get furniture up to the unit. Host is super responsive if there are any questions or issues. Perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay again!

Accurate as advertised. The parking was a bit confusing to find, but once figured out, it was very convenient! Place was clean and cute, easy to find and overall a great stay!

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. I don’t need to complain about the stairs because everyone before already did that. Very cozy and relaxing. Everything you needed was at our finger tips. We most definitely recommend and rent again. Communication was expedited quickly. No complaints at all. Loved it.

Apartment itself was beautiful and great distance to the beach and boardwalk and just about anything else in the neighborhood. Outside/Neighborhood was a little sketchy but that is all around not just this place...a lot of stairs of you are staying in units 3 or 4 but overall was very satisfied with our stay!

Clean inside airy.

Cute inside fit what we needed it for, not far from beach. Dont think young family wiht small kids, strollers etc would be best here to many steep stairs to climb up.

Good for location

House itself was clean & well equipped. Parking area is littered with trash. Would expect the grounds to be cleaner, but the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Close to Tropicana

The neighborhood and parking area were sketchy. Parking area was in an alley behind the house and was filthy with litter and mud. LARGE set of outside stairs to climb to the apartment. But once inside, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture was pretty, but not so comfortable. AC units in living room and back bedroom. When both were running it cooled the whole apartment. Kitchen was tiny but had everything you might need (except salt and pepper). We were there for a dance competition at the Tropicana and it was an easy walk there everyday. 5-10 minute walk. Overall it was a decent stay.

Cute and convenient

We had such a great time in AC! The apartment is so cute and met all of our needs. Very cute and updated inside! Walking to the Tropicana is a breeze! Just a block away. We logged tons of miles up and down the boardwalk from there. We were on the 4th level of this house and didn’t mind the climb but if types are something you struggle with I would not recommend this place for you. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication was almost immediate! Sometimes even before we knew we had a problem! The battery on our lock was dying and they were on top of it before we knew we had a problem. The neighborhood is a bit trashy but it looks like they’re in the process of fixing up the house next door. Parking was a bit tricky but once we figured out the ins and outs of the alley it was fine.

Very nice 2 br apartment just 1 block from the boardwalk. Tastefully furnished. Good communication with the property Mgr. Parking outback was tight at times. Overall good rental

Am definitely stay again property was close to everything, very clean the stairs is a long fly but when you get in the peaceful is so satisfied that forgot about stairs definitely I be back there.

Sweet stay right next to everything!

My husband and I were in town for a conference. 2N Brighton is perfectly placed! Only about 5 minutes from anything and everything! We walked to the Tropicana which is right next door and enjoyed fabulous restaurants and nightlife. The room itself is clean and nicely decorated. There is a full kitchen but if you plan to cook, bring your own ingredients. There were teas available but no other foods. I loved the televisions in each room! One thing to note: The parking is around the back so if you come up Brighton as we did, you have to turn around the block to find the entrance (it is a one way alley entrance). There is a significant climb to the room from the parking. You have two flights of stairs outside to the building entrance and another short flight to the room. I got used to it fairly quickly but it was a surprise. Definitely not handicap accessible! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! The host was fairly easy to communicate with and the home clean and cheerful and close to everything you could need or want. We are already planning our next trip that way!
