Beautiful Home for a couple families

Lots of room to spread out! 2 living room spaces and the game room allows everyone to be able to do their thing. Plus the pool is a great size. Big enough to float and small enough to be able to quickly grab a little one if needed. You can get great floats at Five Below for cheap. Great seating outside too! The location is amazing close to Disney, restaurants, grocery, etc. Small issue with the refrigerator handle but they will get that fixed!

Home Away from Home

This property was nice, my family really felt at home. Although we had a few situations that occurred during our stay, the management attempted to fix the problems. I hope for the next family, the situation will be better.

Nice place, but too many maintenance issues…

This place is great, comfortable, convenient with all the makings of being a fantastic place to stay, but… it needs attention. Cleanliness was definitely lacking detail and we had several inconvenient maintenance issues come up during our stay. The master shower/tub drain was so clogged we were showering in water filling almost up to our knees on day one. It was snaked and fixed the next day. The dryer in the unit did not work and it would literally take 6 hours to dry one load of laundry. A maintenance person came and spent several hours taking it apart but did not fix it- management did not offer any other solution so it was hard to wash clothes during our 12 day stay. Our second to last day the shower handle in the other bathroom came loose and would just spin and not turn off the water. This happened late in the evening so no maintenance person was available- so the shower ran all night long until someone came out the next day to fix it! Although management was easy to contact and did try and address all the issues, it was a pain and just felt like the unit needed overall better upkeep and attention to prevent these kind of issues in the first place. Again it was a bummer because the property was cool and in a great location.

Amazing!

This was the perfect place to stay. Communication was on point from the time I reserved and thought out our stay. The property had everything except a bbq. Definitely will recommend!

Very disappointing

After seeing reviews about the property I felt comfortable making the reservation but after staying at the property I’m disappointed. First, The dryer wasn’t working to dry towels that were cleaning because there wasn’t enough towels to use in the first place so you had to wash them. Secondly, the dish washer is nice to use but they only left you one cleaning pod to clean dishes. You’d think if someone is renting the property for more than four days they’d leave you more than one cleaning pod, and that also includes one garbage bag too. So make sure you run to the grocery store and get everything you need that you would’ve already expected to be in the rental. Plus the tv in the living room had three different controls, we did reach out to manager and we were able to turn it on but to enjoy any shows was a struggle. Volume couldn’t be turned up even with three controllers. Also every time we went to open patio door the blinds would fall off and had to reattached. Disappointed to say the least. We will going to Vista Kay next year.

Great Vacation

This rental was everything we were looking for. Check in and out was a breeze, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The resort pool is awesome, although a little crowded the week we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about this property! It was just perfect !! Communication was always prompt, property was gorgeous, love the neighborhood, easy access, pool/clubhouse was so fun!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Spring break

Property was pretty nice. It was missing a couple of necessities like pot holders and towels for the kitchen. We loved the mini water park though it could get very busy towards the middle of the day.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and the entire unit has everything you need in the kitchen. The water slides and lazy river was fun and relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Enjoyable stay

The unit was clean and well furnished and the property manager was extremely responsive. The living room was a little smaller than anticipated but still acceptable. We did have intermittent issues with hot water in the upstairs bathrooms but that seems easily correctable. My overall rating Is 4.5 stars but the feedback form does not enable me to assign half stars. Would stay again.

Wonderful home for families of all ages!

Affordable without sacrificing quality! We stayed nine nights June 2019. 15-25 minutes to everywhere in Disney. About 1/2 hour from Universal. Beds and rugs were comfortable and clean. W/D easy to use. Plenty of cookware/dishware/bath supplies (towels, toilet paper). It poured while we were there and the front foyer was a little slippery but we put down a towel and all good. We hid the breakables from the kids and that worked great. TV had a bunch of options - we watched the Disney fireworks on it! Easy to get in and out with a code so no one needed a key. One queen, one king, 2 rooms each with 2 twins. Living room was open and a great place for the family to gather. Our only complaint would be that they offer gates for the top and bottom of the stairs for the little ones - we would have even paid a little extra for it. LOVE that you can reserve nightly (not by weeks). We would definitely come back! Thanks for all the memories!

Spacious Townhome

Very nice and comfortable townhouse, plenty of room. Couches we comfortable and place was clean. Pool was clean as well. Kitchen had all of the basics. Carpet needs cleaned or replacing but overall a very nice property, we enjoyed our stay.

WONDERFUL!!!!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay at Disney! The house was beautifully decorated, very spacious for our party of 6. It is quiet, yet located perfectly near everything you could look for!!! It took us about 12 minutes driving time to get to Disney. Hands down, we will return here for any future trips to Disney!

Beautiful condo and great location

This was our first time using homeaway a friend recommended it and I'm sure glad she did. We were more than happy with our recent stay the property was exactly as pictured and beautiful, very updated and immaculate . Great location close to everything in Orlando . Loved the fact that it was a gated community as well.
