Walk, bike or take the free trolley to restaurants, Valley Ho, Fashion Square Mall, nightclubs, San Francisco Giants Spring Training, museums, art galleries, and FREE Trolley runs throughout Old Town. Bike-sharing rentals are located around Old Town. Hike Camelback Mtn., just a 5 minute drive. Sky Harbor Airport is just 15-20 minutes away.

and beautifully maintained.

This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous pool that is pristine and consistently at the perfect temperature. The suite is very clean, and as advertised (parking spot right outside your door was a real plus). The bed was comfortable, and the AC and internet were great. There is a cute coffee shop across the street, and you can easily walk to Old Town and the Valley Ho for breakfast! Chris responded to our minor inquiry within seconds. Just a brilliant stay!

Great location to Old Town and Canal

Conveniently located first floor updated condo in older, quiet building. I would highly recommend this property for 1 or 2 people max. Nice, tasteful updates that maximizes space and utility. Built-in desk for work was a bonus.

Overdue Getaway

Our stay in Scottsdale was wonderful. Our condo was very comfortable and quiet. The pool and the grounds were very well maintained with some really nice furniture, pictures don’t do it justice. Proximity to Old Town couldn’t have been any better. Great restaurants and bars. Everything was within a 10 to 15 min walk.Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Week

Our family loved the property and location. We had a shower clog issue the first night which Kris had remedied the next morning with no further issues. She was incredibly responsive to our concerns. Something was also wrong with the pool heating system but was also fixed by the management. Walking distance to Old Scottsdale was great. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. would love to come spend another week!

Excellent clean location

Walking distance to Old Town. A quiet location. Appliances worked properly and are fairly new. The owner was very helpful and had useful printed material about the city and the area. The kitchen and the bathroom were equipped with many typical consumables e.g. baggies, aluminum foil, shampoo, etc. We were surprised how much was available. We had a pleasant stay.

Hidden Gem

From the moment we walked in, the Condo was just as described. Clean and everything we needed. The location was perfect for our vacation. It was the Scottsdale we had read about. We enjoyed morning walks, exploring the Old Town Scottsdale and the canal. The grounds at the property were well kept and the pool was crystal clear and so very refreshing. Kris was in contact with us on the 2nd day to check on things. We appreciated this very much. We are already looking to return next Fall or before.

Wonderful place, host & location!

My wife and I loved our weeklong stay. The host Kris was incredibly helpful and responsive in her communications. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with lots of attention to details. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool steps from the slider door and being in walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale's galleries, shops, and restaurants. The instant oatmeal packets, snacks, tea and coffee were a fun bonus. While the AC lower limit is 74 degrees, the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom really helped. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to staying again!

The location was great. We had a lot of business around Phoenix and with this being centrally located it worked out great. Hoping we can stay there again next time we are in town.

Clean, nicely decorated and great location! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop down the street is super convenient and a nice add for the neighborhood. This was a really great place to stay!

Even for a dude approaching 80 years! Wonderful restaurants, many excellent entertainment options (live musical theater, outdoor concerts, classical music, jazz, etc. Did I mention Spring Training, gardens, casinos? Yup - short, easy drives. Fantastic!!

My husband and I have lived in Phoenix for 37 years. We absolutely love Arizona! You can ski or be in the pine trees within 2-3 hours. Before moving here in 1986 we lived abroad in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Rome, Italy. We love to travel and spent many years exploring the world while we lived abroad. I have a good feel for what I like when I travel so I've incorporated it into my two listings. I think from my 5-Star reviews, my guests agree with how I"ve stocked my condos. I am Canadian, born and raised in Vancouver, BC. Too much rain there for me now. I enjoy the sun we have in Arizona and I think you will too!

This small (31 condos), quiet condo complex is around a block and a half away from Old Town Scottsdale, which is among the most vibrant, unique urban downtown centers in the American Southwest. You will find our condos very clean and well stocked. The property has a very cool Mid-Century Modern vibe. Be sure to check out the carvings around the facings of the 2nd floor. Some of our cacti are hundreds of years old. The pool is salt water which means minimal chemicals. It is heated throughout the winter months and kept crystal clear. Surrounding the pool is lush grass and plantings. Pedestrian-friendly streets are home to world-class art galleries, fine dining, and nightclubs. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by.
