A Great Family Vacation

Perfect home base for our first family trip to Lake George. This was our first trip all together in a couple of years and Laceyview was fantastic. Plenty of room for 12 of us and such a gorgeous deck and backyard. Becky was super responsive to any questions that we had throughout the week. I would definitely recommend staying at Laceyview!

Heaven on the Lake

From the moment we stepped foot into this house it took us back to something that made us feel like we were back on Long Island in our own home. Everything from the views to the noises to the cleanliness, Bill and Becky went above and beyond making us feel like we are part of their family. We will be coming back here every year as long as we have a week reserved for us thank you guys again.

We had a fantastic stay. Becky our host was very responsive to any questions and the house is set up with great instructions for use of various technologies/amenities. In my opinion, the place looks even better than the pictures, and it is very well maintained.

Second Successful Reunion

We came back for a longer stay this second year! The house is great and perfect for what we needed- pleanty of room for 9 adults We enjoy the multiple meeting places, indoors and out where groups of our family memebers could gather. The place is clean and has EVERYTHING( including things we hadnt expected like a hand mixer) Would definately recommend!

Annual ADK Family trip

Lovely home. Larger and more charming in person. Very comfortable home with many entertaining spaces. Our favorite being the porch with beautiful lighting and a heater that was welcomed during our fall weekend! Even though the weather could have been better this home made up for it allowing us to have a wonderful family weekend together.

Loved this house!

Loved this well-appointed home with terrific kitchen and dining area. There are so many gathering spaces for children and adults to occupy. Plus a spectacular back deck overlooking fire pit and frog pond. Loved being in the East side of Lake George. No hustle and bustle.

Beautiful Adirondack Retreat

Great place to comfortably enjoy an extended family gathering. The kids loved the yard and pond. The house was clean and charming providing a wonderful lake setting.

Our stay was amazing. The house was everything. I said it was. Lots of space for everyone to find their own little corner in and feel right at home. The kitchen have everything you needed. We made use of the fire pit outback sitting around singing karaoke and roasting s’more’s, even though the house is not right on the lake, you can see the lake from the property which made it very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Reunion Spot

We meet family friends and their grown sons at the property. My husband and I have 3 twenty somethings ourselves. Clean, comfortable and had all to make our stay unbeatable. The home is beautiful. Becky was responsive and welcoming.! We had a great time.

Home away from home

This home has everything for every person to feel at home! Super clean, comfortable, and inviting; best of all, the owners are very communicative with any needs that you may have. You will not be disappointed. We were only a group of six however we started out as a group of 10 of which could accommodate many more. We will be returning!

Loved the house!

The property had a great layout perfect for our family. Was close to downtown lake George and a short drive to Gore Mountain. Fireplace pit was a great bonus too. Will definitely try to book again in the future :)

Great choice place for a large family or with friends.

A large and beautiful place, perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy in, well furnished bed rooms, living room, kitchen and sitting rooms. Provided privacy for anyone who seeks it, or to be together in the kitchen, dinning or living area. A very nice and memorable stay.

First of all let me just say the minute you walk in, you go WOW! It is an amazing house with so much character and personal touches it feels just like home and is so relaxing. Becky is certainly an artist with her creativity and paintings. The house was fully loaded with anything you could ever need for a vacation. I loved the layout. It was just 3 couples and we each had our own private floor and bathrooms. But it could accommodate many more, we just chose for it to be us. We did have neices, nephews and other family members pop in and enjoy the bon fire and such. Not only did we roast hot dogs for the little ones, we had a lot to choose from to entertain them with connect 4 etc.... Due to the time of year, many places had closed for the season but we had a plate full with our own engagements to keep us occupied. The only drawback I would say is there is no immediate lake access but I am sure it is there somewhere. We just didn't need it. However, you could see the lake and we got lots of great pics and enjoyed our coffee on the back deck looking out over the lake and mountains. Becky was a great host and was only a call away if you needed her. She is a "Super Host". I would definately recommend this property for family/friends get together.

Lacy View - Everything described and MORE!!

From the moment you unlock the door and take your first step inside, all you can hear out of everyone’s mouth is WOW! The photos just don’t do this house and all of its amenities justice! From the amazing extra large living room with eye catching slatted wood ceilings and grand stone fireplace to its 4 seasons porch with retracting windows, bistro lights and a heater to finish. Each floor has a full bathroom and there is also a half bath off the kitchen. There are PLENTY of places to relax and enjoy a book, build a puzzle, play a board game or even video games. The bonus room downstairs was a MAJOR hit with the 6 kids we had with us and we absolutely appreciated the built in baby gate at the top of the stairs, to keep the under 2 year old from falling down the stairs. As well as the baby gate that was supplied for the top of the deck stairs! The kids roasted s’mores around the fire pit, caught frogs around the pond and raced tricycles in the deck! The adults enjoyed morning coffee in the deck’s Adirondack chairs in the morning and cocktails watching the sunset on the lake in the afternoon. The internet and Alexa technology throughout the house is also worth mentioning! It was able to accommodate 6 iPhones, 4 iPads, a work zoom meeting, countless hours of Disney+ and multi family dance parties!! We even had the kids asking Alexa to tell us jokes! The kids were sad to leave and the adults were reluctant as well! We are looking forward to when we can visit Lacy View again! Lastly, we want to commend the home owners, Bill and Becky, for allowing us the privilege of using their house for our multi-brother/family vacation! You have built an amazing house and packed it full of the most cozy and inviting amenities for renters alike! Becky were easy to get a hold of if we needed something, happy to make recommendations and answered all of our questions quickly! Thank you again for an amazing place to stay and make memories for our Lake George vacation!!

My family’s Lake George “Home away from home!”

This home is absolutely gorgeous. My family felt right at home the minute they walked through the door. We were five adults, two teenagers and two children. There was more than enough comfortable spaces to all be together and plenty of adorable books to have quiet time alone. The lake is right across the street and can be easily seen from the property. The owner is so nice and always answered my emails quickly. Everything, everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is and how much my family enjoyed their stay. We made so many wonderful memories there. Becky, thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Perfect house for our group of 12. House is close to everything. Close enough to million dollar beach to launch boat, only 10 minutes away from million dollar Beach and town. Back deck on House was perfect to sit a d relax after a long day on the lake.

Exceeded expectations!

It's rare to find a vacation rental that is better in person than it appears online - and this house exceeded expectations in every way. This house is beautiful and well equipped! Our family of 11 (ages 3-70) enjoyed a wonderful week at this home. There are so many wonderful little spots to relax and connect. We also really enjoyed the queit street and surroundings. The proximity to the town of Lake George is also fantastic. You're close enough to enjoy all the action of the busy town and then slip away to this lakeside retreat. We would love to return. Becky was awesome to communicate and work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
