Full RV Hookup Under The Iconic Oak Trees At River Ranch RV Resort

Located in the iconic Phase III in the resort, Lot 284 is a beautiful shaded private premium site that can accommodate up to a 45’ RV.

Our site is one of the largest in the resort with a new wood deck, firepit and dining table with chairs.

The site has water, sewer, 30 and 50 amp hookup and cable tv. Walking distance to the Phase III pool and pickle ball courts.

Phase III is known for the magnificent canopy of old oak trees!

**Upon booking, contract with a list of the rules and regulations will be emailed to the guest that must be returned within 24 hours of receipt.

*Golf Cart Rental available (first come first serve) through the Mustang Center.

*A non refundable fee will be charged by the front office in the Mustang Center for access cards to the pool and laundry*
