Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home! Located in SE Bend, just minutes to Downtown. Brand New listing with designer furnishing. Backs up onto a large open space with some of the best hiking and biking trails in Bend out the back and close by! New home and new listing! Our home is located in a wonderful subdivision, about 10 minutes from downtown!

Appointed with all new luxury furnishings, the space is sure to rank highly on anyone's "best places I've stayed" list. With a open living space/kitchen, the space screams for social get togethers with friends and family! Large raised back patio, complete with a large dining table, Adirondack rockers, and more Adirondacks located up the hill towards the large open space behind the home are the ultimate places to relax in the afternoon/evening!
Fully stocked kitchen and a Weber Natural Gas Grill is perfect for cooking up the best meals for family and friends!
Please note we are in a quiet neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. Loud and rowdy groups will not be tolerated. WE HAVE STRICT QUIET HOURS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD FROM 10PM-7AM. Thank you for your understanding.
Dogs are okay with a $75 pet fee per dog. Please notify us if you are bringing a dog.
1 master suites with a King bed. There are 2 further bedrooms with queen beds upstairs that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Lastly, there is a den/kids room with a Crate & Barrel queen pullout sleeper. Blackout shades in every room, so you can sleep in, or sleep it off!
Washer and Dryer in the home, free for your use.
Guests will have access to the entire home, minus some locked closets for owners' personal effects.
Our neighborhood is Southeast Bend, just steps away from a large open space with loads of walking trails. If the outdoors is your cup of tea, there is not a better place from which to start your adventures!
We provide all essential bathing needs, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We provide the following kitchen staples:
