Brand New pool for Summer 2026! Made just for you and your large group! Across the street form the beach. Sleeps 18! 5.5 bathrooms. 6 bedrooms with 2 King,
2 Queen, 4 Double (in bunk bed form), and 5 single beds (some are trundle beds). 2 refrigerators. Enjoy!! New Game Room open! Please note we have security cameras in the common spaces, Lobby, parking lot and fire stairwell. No cameras are in the Condo units itself. Please no pets at this time. IMPORTANT: This listing is for ONE private condo unit (Unit B) only. The entire building is NOT included.

Memorial Day weekend

This place is amazing, spotless, very spacious, has everything we need, complimentary coffee/drinks are a big bonus. Everyone enjoyed the stay, it’s perfect. Very nice location, close to the beach and everything. Owner was very helpful, answered all questions.communication was great, accommodated us for early check in. Thank you for being a great host!

We couldn’t stop complimenting this VRBO! Beautifully appointed, stocked with everything, so much space, walking distance to everything or a very short drive to grocery store. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a big group rental in Ludington area!!!

I can't say enough good about this place! It is simply amazing. The house is so well stocked in the kitchen and books and games, stroller, beach buggy and beach towels. The entire family was so impressed! We hope to be back!

Long weekend get-away

Our stay at Waters Edge Suites was great. The description of the property is very acurate. The suite that we rented was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to make meals when we wanted. The property manager even supplied coffee, tea, soda, and other bottled drinks. This was such a welcome treat! The location is great and just a short walk to the beach, maritime museum, and town for shopping, restaurants, and bars. The game room is awesome!! We were in suite B so we were located in the lower living section. The only thing you may want to keep in mind is that you can hear the people above as they walk across the floor but it did not really bother us. We definitely hope to visit this place again!

Amazing place!

We stayed here with extended family, including kids, for July 4th week and it was absolutely perfect! House is set up very well, fully stocked, brand new, and super comfortable! Hosts were excellent to communicate with and very responsive. The location is the best place in Ludington!!! You can walk to the beach, eat, shop, and fish!! We had the best spot in town for the fireworks and July 4th parade!! Kids road their bikes around town and had a blast!! Would book here again in a heart beat!! Oh, and the game room was an absolute rock star bonus…so much fun!!!

Absolute Perfection

WORTH EVERY PENNY! Now that thats out of the way, this place had it all. We had 16 guys in for a golf weekend. There was a bed for each of us and a spare Booking and check in was a breeze and all communication was relatively quick and never vague. The abundance of amenities are too many to list honestly Between the dishes, cookware, drink ware, towels, beach towels, toys, wagon…..etc etc etc You show up with food and drinks and you need for nothing. The hot tub was phenomenal and perfect early in the morning We never once heard anything from the other units even though they were booked as well. Location is insane One block from the beach (Lake Michigan), putt putt, ice cream, and a few blocks to restaurants and bars I could go on but trust me when I say “I can not possibly know how you wouldn’t love this place

Great for a family gathering

I'm almost afraid to say how great this property is! It's a perfect location, close to the beach, the marina, the playgrounds, and even putt-putt golf. Ludington is a charming town. The condo is better than the pictures show. It had everything we needed, including drinks in the cooler. We had an amazing time with plenty of room for everyone. No one wanted to leave! Shawn and Naomi are great to work with and even came over to fix a small problem and answer all our questions. Thank you for an amazing week!
