I stayed here for 7 nights with my teenage son and his friend. The photos on VRBO showed a bright, well-decorated unit and the description led us to believe a water view, but the actual unit was darker and had no water view.
Upon arrival, we were met by a strong garbage/moldy smell in the hallway, which persisted for five days. We were given only 3 towels and 2 extras for three people, and when I requested more, I was directed to the laundry room to wash, at my expense.
The unit was clean enough, but no additional cleaning services were offered. Access to the building after 10 PM was inconvenient and felt unsafe.
Next time, I’ll pay extra to stay at the hotel across the street, which would address all these issues.
