Guest Suite with Hot Tub, sleeps 4 - No nonsense fee

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Moscow, it is close to the University of Idaho campus, the arboretum and golf course.

The space:
The guest suite is a 600 square foot daylight basement of our home. It is newly finished in September 2022. Inside furnished with brand new kitchen appliances, bedroom and living room furniture. Backyard features a hot tub for relaxing in the evening.

New updates:
* Installed a brand new Culligan Water Filter and Softener in January 2023.
* I decided to remove the nonsense fees for additional guests. Please be honest, the place has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
* There is a service fee charged by Vrbo on using their platform. I do not have control to waive them.

Guest access:
Street parking, follow the paver stone walkway and steps to the entrance in backyard, accessed with key code lock.

Other things to note:
PLEASE NOTE: Our family is living upstairs. We added resilient channel on ceiling and walls of the guest suite, but please do not expect it is 100% perfect sound proof. There will also be occasional piano practice which we limit to before 10pm. Thanks for understanding before you decide to book the place.
