The Garden Loft with pool and club house access
Greenheart Cottage is a cute and quaint two bedroom cottage located on the grounds of Greenheart House in the sought after luxury development of Sugar Hill. Established as a joint venture with David Lloyd in the early noughties as an upmarket neighbourhood where discerning property owners could enjoy an attractive, private tropical setting where tennis was readily available, the community has grown into one of the most attractive addresses on the west coast of the island.
Just up the hill from Holetown with its wide selection of fine dining restaurants and close to the championship golf courses of Royal Westmoreland, Apes Hill and Sandy Lane, the property is centrally located and offers easy access to all of the beautiful beaches on the renowned west coast.
The cottage itself has two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, a kitchen and outside sitting area. Guests have their own parking spot and full use of the club house facilities including pool, gym, restaurant and tennis.
Laundry will be done twice a week at the main house by the housekeeper.
NB. US$65 cleaning fee to be added.
The owners have agreed to allow cottage guests to use the main house pool when the main house is unoccupied. Pool use is not permitted after 6:00 PM. If you choose to book with us, our property manager will provide further details.
NB: Guests are responsible for their safety when using the pool, as we do not accept liability for any accidents in the cottage, around the pool, or in the pool itself.
