BRAND NEW - Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that has EVERYTHING you need for a perfect vacation! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Midway bordering the Homestead golf course. You will be within a few hundred yards of the Utah Crater and the Homestead, Zermatt, and 10 minutes from Deer Valley Ski Resort! This home has 3 levels so there is plenty of room to spread out. There are 4 decks/patios on the house that will allow you the opportunity to relax in the fresh mountain air with amazing views!

You will have access to the entire house during your stay. There are 3 levels, 4 decks/patios, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and a hot tub.
Other things to note
The home has 2 thermostats to help regulate the temperature. There is a thermostat on the main level that controls that level and the basement. the 3rd level has it's own thermostat.

The home has a tankless water heater that can produce 11 gallons of water per minute. This will allow multiple people to take showers simultaneously without running out of hot water.

The house is within walking distance to The Homestead Golf Course, the Utah Crater and the town of Midway.

The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you need! Double ovens, gas range, ample pots, pans and dishes. Coffee maker (carafe and pods), coffee creamer, tea, sugar, basic spices, griddle, crockpot, blender.

Nice Home for Corporate Stay

We had a conference at the Zermatt and this provided a very nice stay for 5 co-workers at a fraction of the cost with multiple amenities. Just across the street from the Zermatt for easy access, and next to trails and a golf course. Great views as well.

Just What We Were Hoping For

The spaciousness, cleanliness, kitchen furnishings made good quick impressions on our family of 9. Enjoyed the multiple large screen TVs, hot tub, parking space, artistic touches, and many other plusses. Turned out to be a great Thanksgiving weekend for us.

Lovely home

This is a lovely home in a great neighborhood. Good paths for walking and biking and with easy access to the rest of the community. The house is roomy, modern, clean and everything works. My entire family was comfortable and it was easy to visit as well as to break away and rest when needed. We would love to stay there again!

The house was just perfect for our adult family reunion--plenty of room and areas to "hang out". The kitchen was well-stocked, as noted in the description. The host was accessible and responsive to any inquiries we had. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. It was as pictured. It was lovely!

Fabulous Girl’s Getaway

The house is immaculate, modern and new. Everything is well kept and cozy. Each of us had our own beautiful room that was luxurious and calming. The host allowed us to check in early and depart later. She was so accommodating. In addition, the house is well stocked with cooking supplies and toiletries. Overall an A+. I will definitely return. Thank you for giving us a beautiful venue to create memories.

Perfect for our large family group of 9 adults

We had a large group of 9 adult family members in Midway for a wedding a the nearby Homestead Resort. This 5-bedroom property was perfect in every way. Plenty of space, with well stocked kitchen and many other amenities and conveniences. Every thing you want in a kitchen was there - even an electric griddle for making pancakes for large groups. Every little thing seemed to be thought out ahead. The large deck was great for large family meals on beautiful August evenings. Reservation and check-in was super easy, and Nikki was super responsive and directly helpful when I had a question on the Nest thermostats. Would highly recommend both the property and the host for any stay in the area. If this place is open, grab it and think no further. Russ

5 *s ALL THE WAY!

To start with, the communication was great and prompt before our trip ever began. All my questions were answered almost immediately with tips and other things that we were curious about. Check in was super easy.! The location was less than 25 minutes away from Park City Ski Resort, which was the reason we came. This was a 50th birthday trip for my wife and 30th for my daughter. Our whole family came and everyone was comfortable with more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked. Just FYI, you may want to check the cabinets before buying groceries. We made large meals and had every thing that we needed to do so as far as pots/pans etc. The beds were very comfortable and again every room was spacious and no one felt cramped. I could go on and on, but this is the perfect accommodation for a group and I would definitely stay again. We are very picky as we are also short term rental hosts. From cleanliness to communication to accommodations, everything was perfect.

Midway is an idyllic neighborhood and this home is in the perfect location. Just steps away from the Midway Crater, and an amazing view of The Homestead Golf Course and Memorial Hill. There are fun activities to do in the surrounding areas year round. Weather you like skiing, tubing, hiking, boating, shopping, ATV rides, or just spending time relaxing in the fresh mountain air, this home is the perfect home-base for any vacation!

This home has 2 Master bedrooms and tons of space to spread out. The main floor is perfect for anyone with mobility limitations since everything is on one floor (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, family room, and 1 of the master bedrooms). The other master bedroom is located upstairs, along with an additional bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and an amazing family room with wet bar, game table and deck. The basement has 2 more bedrooms, a full bathroom, a family room, arcade games and patio with hot tub. This house can accommodate 12 people comfortably with upgraded mattresses, bedding and pillows. The kitchen has plenty of room to feed a large group with double ovens, ample cookware, large pantry, tons of storage and seating for 12 (8 at the table and 4 on the island). There is plenty of room to spread out with 3 separate family rooms, but also places to gather together. The mail deck has an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and lounge furniture to hang out and enjoy the views and fresh mountain air.
