The lodge is located in community with access to swimming pools, tennis, basketball court. Surrounded with forest with endless walking/biking trails, walking distance to Lake Arrowhead, mini golf and splash park. ATV/UTV/ snowmobile trails, golf courses (Lake Arrowhead and Sand valley) and much much more!

The house was perfect for our stay. A couple of things I would have changed. There was alcohol left in the refrigerator. My Dad is an alcoholic so we are overly sensitive. In the future make sure your guests are OK with that or remove it.Second, the light switches were confusing. Labeling them would be helpful. Thank you

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice screened in porch with furniture, and perfect place to stay with kids as the basement has bunk beds and its stocked with games. Loved the coffee bar and the big dinning table!

Golf buddies trip

Nice place off the beaten path. 2 bedrooms, and plenty of twin beds for our group of 8. Great fire pit and lots of deer walking through. Close to surrounding golf courses at Arrowhead and Sand Valley. I'd have no problem staying here again.

Family Time!!

The house and the location worked perfectly for us. We could get to everything we needed to easily, and then we could come back to a very quiet area with a great firepit to sit by. We enjoyed the deer and turkeys too. We will be back!

Clean beautiful home

House was very clean, beautiful, had lots of different games for the kids to play, quiet neighborhood, poperty manager was very easy to get a hold of. Used the local beach nearby which was clean and well maintained. Definitely booking again next year!

Nice Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great size home for 4 adults and 3 young children. The home is well maintained and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and fire pit. Good location, close to the Rome town center and quick trip. Only a short trip to many outdoor activities including community pools, lakes, golf, ATV parks. Property management was very responsive.

Private getaway

This cabin-style property was really nice for our group of 4. The wood burning fireplace helped dry out our rain-soaked golf gear (no washer or dryer), and provided a comfy evening during a rainy day. The game room was a nice touch, although a bit small, but good for kids to explore. Could have used some better games for the Xbox than Zumba fitness games, but to each their own I suppose. Outdoor area with fire pit and chairs is a relaxing space to unwind after long days in nature. Would rent this property again in the future.

It was ideal for a family wedding. Liked having a great kitchen and eating area, lots of bedrooms and tv that worked well. My only suggestion would please have coffee! It would have been so nice to at least have a cup of coffee in the morning before we had to go do grocery shopping. Just a little nicety.

Great Cabin!

Our host was very responsive to our needs during the stay. We had issues unlocking the porch sliding door and someone was onsite within 30 minutes of me reaching out and the issue was solved in no time. The cabin was very clean and had nice updates throughout the whole home. I did not give a full 5 stars since we were under the impression that there were 4 enclosed bedrooms in the house. We would not have booked the house had we known that one of the upstairs rooms was a loft and open to the rest of the living space. The description now includes details of each room, which is accurate and will be helpful for future travelers. We know this was a new listing when we booked, so I am sure this was added after other feedback, it just made for a difficult sleeping set up for our group. Some highlights of the house: the screened porch is great and makes for the perfect spot to sit in the evenings and be mostly free of bugs. The pool access is fantastic. We have visited homes in this area before and the bathtub warm pool at the clubhouse is SO nice! We loved the fact that the house was located off of a low traffic loop and our kids could scooter like maniacs without worry of traffic. We enjoyed seeing many deer right in the yard throughout the long weekend.
