Come and stay in the up and coming Townsend! This area has the quickest access to the GSMNP as well as tons of local attractions, eateries and outdoor activities to entertain you, your friends and your family. After you are done exploring the area you can return to your townhouse which is set up for you to be able to kick back, relax and enjoy the stylish space. Townsend is close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that you can get there easily but come back to your peaceful spot and relax.

Convenient location

Perfect location for accessing Townsend and Smoky Mountain National park. The property was easily accessible, quiet, private, near beautiful walking and bike paths.

Great place for the family

Easy access and parking

It was quiet. We slept good. It was cozy and had the basics of what we needed. Ample parking and getting in and out which is plus in the mountains. We were not far from the center of Townsend.

Perfect Stay!

My family had a wonderful stay! We felt right at home. The unit is cozy, roomy, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The unit is very clean in a quiet and safe community. The pool area is clean and easily accessible. Great communication and the location made our trip! We will be back!

Wedding in Townsend

We came to Townsend for a wedding at Harper's Vineyard. The condo was less than a 5 minute drive from the wedding venue. The condo looked exactly like it did in the photos on VRBO. It was clean, cozy, equipped with the necessities, and easily accommodated 5 adults. The property manager responded quickly when I had questions. The condo community was private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Townsend in the future!

Great location

Since we were here for a car rally we pretty much only got to sleep here! The condo was spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Easy access to town only 5 minutes drive, since I am a light sleeper the only thing what was disturbing was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around but overall lovely!

Townsend getaway

Really nice almost new condo. Very easy access with a keyless entry. Nicely decorated and very comfortable.Ground floor unit was great for us seniors. We used the pool and clubhouse. We drove the Cades Cove loop and saw some bears and wild turkeys . Had lunch at a great little place called Good Vibes on the River. It was a very nice weekend getaway. I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Townsend TN

Great Condo in a Good and Quiet Location

This is a lovely condo. It’s decorated nicely and feels like home. It’s very clean. It’s on the lower level, no stairs. The beds were comfortable. The host is very responsive and kind! The location of the condo is great! It’s in a nice, quiet, gated community. My mom and I stayed for several nights, and we felt very safe and relaxed! The Smokies and Townsend are already great...the condo helps to make it even better! We would definitely stay here again!

The small things that count

Great location. The condo was beautiful and I love the small things such as the games, coloring, books, and popcorn. The kitchen was well stocked. I love the electric fireplace it gives the room a cozy feel. A couple of things I would recommend is the sign to the Resort was more lighted. Hard to see, but love the location and the overall look of the community. Could use a little more attention to the cleanliness in the hard to reach areas, such as under the beds. The under counter lighting doesn't work properly. But at the end of the day, we would stay here again.
