Enjoy a weekend getaway or extended stay at our mid-century modern lake home. This fully renovated home has beautiful views and direct access to the lake. Gourmet kitchen, dedicated office spaces, Peloton bike equipment, hi-speed internet/Wi-Fi throughout, and washer/dryer. It’s clean, stylish, and comfortable.

Plenty of room to spread out! It’s like two rentals in one as the downstairs has it’s own entrance and kitchenette. Primary bedroom has an attached bathroom and sitting area with couch and TV. Fourth bedroom has a bonus inflatable queen mattress with foam topper in addition to the two single beds. Private driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles.

never heard back from host about kitchen faucet not working so never had water in the kitchen so we’re unable cook. Ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. Our guests in the basement never had access to the “3rd bathroom” that was advertised (door was locked). Some of the simple conveniences were a big inconvenience for our stay.

Fantastic property!

Very comfortable stay! The house was clean, updated and stocked with the essentials. When we had an issue with the door code, the owner was quick to communicate and resolve the problem. Beautiful views of the lake. We were able to spread out (adults and teens in the family) and everyone had a comfortable bed. I'd definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a place to stay in the area. Rated 5/5.

Christmastime stay

The home is in a convenient location. Close to downtown. We have only stayed in the winter so I can’t comment about the lake other than it was a pretty view. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working this trip but had fun playing games around the table.

Wonderful experience

We came for a class reunion and had an amazing time in the home. It was a beautiful location and wonderful experience. Hoat was communicative and timely, house was large, clean and had great amenities. thanks so much.

Fountain Lake with Family

It took a little navigating to get to the property but well worth it. Lots of room. The hot tub was fun for the “kids” (17+). Nice view of the lake although it was frozen and foggy that weekend. There were a few minor issues but was able to connect with the owner to get them resolved. We would definitely stay again.

The driveway is a little tricky but the house was great. It's beautifully laid out with a food-lovers kitchen including a wine fridge. The bonus kitchen area on the lower level was helpful.

Fall Family Getaway

We live in WI and our good friends from childhood live in IA. This town and home where the perfect halfway getaway for us to enjoy time with our families! The house was gorgeous and had such a beautiful view of the lake. We would love to stay again!

Engagement weekend

We flew out to Minnesota for our daughter’s engagement dinner. The house was immaculate and the views over the lake were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!!

50th birthday party,

This place was amazing to have as a hub for my 50th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for myself and 8 other people. We did not feel crowded at all. Nathan was super responsive to all questions and concerns we had. Although the weather was cold, we were still able to enjoy to amazing view of the lake. Next time we are in Albert Lea for the summer, this will be the place to stay.
